Hi
People were asking if I faced my fears at Disney. Sort of! I did Cosmic Rewind. AMAZING feeling of flying through space with Disco Inferno blasting and a backwards, uphill launch. Had my hands up but it was definitely intense and at the VERY end my eyes were rapidly circling for a few seconds.
Also rode Slinky Dog Dash. Teared up. Terrifying. LOL! Scarlett said I held her hand and kept
saying "Oh NO, Scarlett" the entire time. It's a blur to me. I chickened out on TRON after seeing the height and takeoff speed. And we didn't do Flight of Passage because I was just worried about motion sickness after my eyes circled on the Guardians of the Galaxy ride.
As I was settling in at home today, after my oldest popped in for a visit, I had to get all organized, and part of that is logging in to see what I missed in
terms of launches. I like to see what the marketplace is doing, and I'm also a buyer - always leveling up my own knowledge.
I immediately spotted something called Free: Case Study $57K in Revenue W/ AI in 4 Months by Jen Perdew at MyNAMS. (She took over the business when her
dad retired.)
I downloaded it and dug into it because case studies, to me, are the crème de la crème of courses. I love them better than any other format - but they must be done correctly or I close it out. Jen’s case study is fantastic. The organization, ideas, writing. She shares what she did, what she'd repeat, and what she'd do differently or improve upon (and how).
This isn't one case study - it's actually five.
Case Study #1 is a refreshed product launch process she shares with us. So for those of us who have existing stuff, this is a great way to generate new revenue from it. I loved the steps she shared. I wouldn't have thought to do it that way.
Case Study #2 is an affiliate
promo process. Again, I see her doing things in a way different (better) than I would have considered. She breaks it down into three distinct phases of the campaign, and it earned for her while she was on vacation plus prize money. Nice!
Case Study #3 was a new product launch and it’s made me want to return to
course launches where I'm TEACHING. The process is so smooth and less frustrating when you use AI for certain parts of it.
I'm a top 1% vendor on Warrior Plus and a top 5% affiliate. I'd love to teach people again, but I'd have to find out where you are in your journey, what
you need courses about (from me), etc.
Previously, I was teaching Squidoo, content creation, selling PLR, setting up a blog and blogging, etc. Let me know if you need a course on something and aren't finding what you need so I can think about what I can create to teach you.
Case Study #4 was a live training product launch. Very cool to see how she
leveraged AI for this. I am so amazed by AI technology and how it can work in conjunction with your own inspiring ideas to create something better for students, buyers, etc. She even had a plan to turn it into an evergreen version later.
Case Study #5 was a neat flash sale she ran and used AI for the organization and promotion of it all - from beginning to end.
This was a fantastic case study report. I highly suggest you get this and see how it’s done. It’s an ethical, productive use of AI from someone with proven earnings.
One part stood out to me that I resonated with a lot:
"AI didn't replace my work. It removed the friction that usually slows it down."
There are two types of AI users. Those who
prompt, “Create ____.” Then they try to sell it. And those who tap into AI as needed while doing the normal process they would have had to do on their own to have a good experience for the customer.
Definitely keeping this on my desktop to test out in the coming weeks.
Whenever you see case studies, grab them and immediately go through them. They're gold.
Real people sharing a real look into their systems and processes. She shares every penny earned, and where.
I’d also recommend grabbing her Fast Lead Magnets With ChatGPT for $9.99 (as an add on) and the first upsell of Prompt Like a Pro for $15. These are low-ticket products that teach you how she sets up the systems that made all of these case studies work so well with her list and AI prompting. If you're not sure how to use AI for
this kind of structured, profitable outcome, where you're earning more in 4 months than most people earn in a year, those are a great starting point.
If you're someone who feels like AI isn’t working for you, it’s probably not about the tool. It’s the lack of structure I see people using in their processes. The people getting results aren’t necessarily better writers or marketers. They’re just giving AI a job that has clear steps.
Instead of saying, “Create a product,” prompt, “Give me a 5-step plan to turn my idea into a simple digital product I can sell this month.” Or, “Outline a 3-day promo with 1 email per day focused on a strategic tip, not hype.”
The more direction you give it, the more useful it becomes. That’s what Jen’s doing really well - setting up smart, structured plans with AI that help her move fast without getting sloppy and greedy. Read the Free: Case Study $57K in Revenue W/ AI in 4 Months and test out some of her processes to see how it works for you.
Tiff :)
