Hi
I appreciate the emails y'all sent to me. Such sweet sentiments. I love hearing about your holidays, good and bad - it's okay to share if things aren't picture perfect like they seem to be on social media.
I had many years of less than perfect holidays when I was married. But now they're so full of love and peace. Things can always change and improve. My kids got me some cool boil in a bag
peanuts (it's a southern thang), a recliner extension which is SO comfortable, tons of pampering stuff and candy.
I have a lesson in failure for you below, so be sure to read that at the bottom of this email.
3 Days Left to get the called Overcome The Fear of Starting PLR REopened and marked down from $120 to just $9.95 (over 91% Off) as a special deal for my list by Justin at Tools for Motivation.
I REALLY love this one because it's
all about taking those first steps to success when you're nervous, which SO many people are. I've found that if you're leading an audience, the #1 thing BEFORE action steps you need to teach is fearlessness. Otherwise, even the BEST action steps won't have an impact.

A Lesson in Failure Moving into 2026
I love it when I discover a lesson that can be used in all areas of my life - especially in business. And the simple ones are my favorite.
This Christmas Scarlett made a lot of the various foods and she's 21, new to really doing most of the cooking, but she wanted to. One thing she wanted to do was cook rolls from scratch. Her last rolls were made perfectly, but they had an herb in them that wasn't right for us so
she opted to do plain ones this year.
When she cooked them, they ended up very dense and thick. She was embarrassed. I told her personally they were good, BUT I knew she wanted fluffy rolls.
The thing is, she learned a lesson. She messed up (in front of people at an important meal - Christmas dinner) and it made her immediately go look for what she may have done wrong. It
turns out she'd used extremely hot water, not warm, and it killed the yeast, preventing the dough from rising, etc.
I told her it's such a good way to learn lessons that stick because I can guarantee you she will never - not next year or when she's 70 years old - use too hot water in her rolls again. The experience of failure was the BEST course she had in baking. If she'd merely read about not using too hot water in her roll mixture,
she could have easily forgotten the lesson because it wasn't anything she'd personally had hands on experience with.
I want you to remember that going into 2026. This is what they mean by fail forward. Get your hands dirty. Roll up your sleeves and hop into the business you're pursuing and don't let any failures stop you. It'll be a blessing in learning moving forward.
Apply
it to all areas of your life. Take well meaning risks. Analyze and learn what went wrong IF anything does go wrong. Try again.
This is important. She got a new counter mixer for Christmas and she is going to try the rolls again today. The pride she'll feel AFTER a failure will be bigger than what she would have felt if she'd done it right in the first place.
Tiff
:)
