February Challenge Survey, NY Success Ending Soon, Happy Tears

Published: Sat, 01/02/16

Hi !

Yesterday was a great day to start off the New Year. My kids and I sat down at our new dining room table and ate together for the first time ever. Passing bowls of our Southern good luck New Year foods, talking. It was magical for all of us. Those of you who know what life was like for us before December of 2013 (when I got a divorce and got out of a horrible situation), know that peaceful family moments are incredibly precious to me – to us.

I did go overboard though, when, after dinner was cleared, I set up a fondue station (beautiful - with cheesecake, strawberries, marshmallows, graham crackers, and pound cake with white AND milk chocolate) and in my excitement to showcase my new Martha Stewart efforts, I waved my hand over the spread to show the kids and I knocked over a glass of water into everything. LOL! They laughed and we had fun anyway. I posted a pic of it here:

So today, I am hard at work – are you? It’s the weekend, but we’re entrepreneurs! There are no off days, unless we say so!

#1 – February Challenge

Many of you are asking me what challenge is up next month so you can save up or prepare or whatever. Let’s do a new survey based on the options listed below. Read about the options first before you go vote:

Blogging and List Building Challenge – This challenge would be starting out with a new blog (you’ll already have a domain and the blog set up, so we will focus on actual blog posts – a variety of media formats, topics, and ways to be a consistent blogger with valuable content. A by-product of this will be list building through our blog posts – emphasis on blogging and natural sign ups).

Kindle Fiction Publishing Challenge – This challenge would take you from genre choice through brainstorming ideas through outlining and writing a 36,000-word book. We will spend one day on genre choice, one day brainstorming a story idea, one day outlining, one day editing and one day publishing. The other days will be for writing 1,500 words a day. That’s 3 pages approximately. You can do that!

Info Product Development and Launch – For this, we will choose a non fiction topic and develop an info product, complete with an eBook, bonus or upsell, and listing for affiliates on JVZoo.

Video Blogging Challenge – This is a heavy mindset, light on technical challenge. I only use my iphone – no fancy equipment – but the biggest hurdle is getting over yourself and putting yourself on camera. You think everyone’s going to make fun of you – your weight, your balding hair, your snaggle tooth (like me), but they’re not. They’re there to get to know your personality and if you let that shine through, you make connections that can’t be beat. Video blogging does something text just can’t do. But it requires one prerequisite – bravery.

Social Networking Challenge – People are all sorts of confused over how to excel in social networking sites. We’ll focus on Facebook. You’ll have your account and start networking with others, sharing part life, part business. We’ll go into learning how to be engaging, conversational, and caring.

Now – vote for your choice(s). And PLEASE, do not go spam the system and vote repeatedly. I can see IP addresses and it causes me more work and you get no benefit. If it says it didn’t show your vote, it did. Don’t believe it. LOL!

#2 – New Year Success for Entrepreneurs PLR Sale Ends Tuesday!

This is one of the hottest PLR packs I’ve ever sold and had the biggest reaction to, where people email me saying how much they loved it. And Tuesday morning, it goes up to $40 for the front end and $55 for the one time offer. So if you want to start 2016 off right, or lead your audience with good, solid advice in the WAH niche, this helps!

#3 – Happy Tears

Dork alert! I woke up this morning (okay, noon – it’s Christmas break) and I log in and see a flurry of emails. I have two private challenges going right now – my PLR Launch challenge and my affiliate marketing challenge.

I couldn’t believe the emails that came in. People were so revved up and happy and excited and taking action. A few had mentioned how something I did in 2015 helped them get success started, so they’re continuing on with one or more of the challenges.

Totally teared up. Just sitting there reading all that made me feel grateful that I have a career that’s so rewarding where I can literally interact with my customers and see how it all unfolds for them.

Life’s just going so good right now. I love what I do. I love how my personal life is shaping up with my home and kids. I feel positive about what’s to come in 2016. And I can’t thank you enough for letting me know when and if I help you with something. It’s something I wish for all of YOU as you lead your own niche audience this year.

Y’all have a fantastic weekend! I’m in a baking mood now. Not sure what to make, but I’m thinking Tex Mex is sounding pretty yummy.

Tiff ;)
