First Real Post Op Email
Published: Thu, 02/11/16
Well I had my surgery Tuesday and the doc said my body is in great health (like a 30-35 year old he said - woot!) except the knee. Thanks to procrastination, I have a 65 year old knee and lots more damage than he originally thought.
So even today I've been on his post op medications because the pain is a nightmare and while we all thought I'd "walk out of there," before surgery, he demanded I not even attempt to put weight on it until Friday, and then ease into it.
When I'm awake I want SO bad to work. I even sat there with a spiral and pen and outlined 3-4 blog posts for my Challenge people. Just can't make the videos yet. But I'll be back at it soon.
Very thankful for having my Mom here and my kids - they're taking very good care of my and both Honey and Siwey (my chihuahua and husky) refuse to leave my side.
I plan to perk up soon, finish my challenge and get my PLR pack ready for launch on the 25th (my big anti aging one).
Until then, I see Casey Anders put out another cool review pack for Cardio Equipment. Yeah, I won't be doing that for awhile myself, but I'm sure I'm losing weight since I can't make it to the kitchen. LOL!
Casey's new PLR is here and she has a 50% off sale on it:

Her stuff is always good. Glad somebody's being productive while I'm out on the sidelines! Better lay back and let the healing resume now. I am unable to push myself too much - as much as I'd LOVE to.
Tiff ;)
