I had a decent weekend, except for the realization that this chronic knee pain is causing me a lot of stress. Ended up feeling like I couldn't take a deep breath Sunday after a night of no pain meds for my knee and had to go to the emergency care center. After a flurry of tests, all of which showed I'm in great health, she told me the knee pain is causing me an overload of stress (it feels like getting stabbed 24/7, seriously), and told me to take my pain meds. I did and now all is right with the world. Listen to your doctors! LOL!
