Tiff's Tips on Live Video Streaming and a Course That Teaches It Under $10 w/PLR

Sleeping in was so luxurious today but I'm hard at work now. I developed a three tier bonus for a product releasing tomorrow so I'm uploading that and then mapping out my March and April challenges.
Today, though, let's talk about live video streaming - because the top guys (like Joel Comm) are doing it, it's obviously popular, and a new course just came out with PLR rights teaching it here:

Last week I opened up a discussion about webinars with my audience and boy - they were adamant about how much they hated webinars SOLELY because they're done all wrong.
So let's talk about live video streaming.
Sites like Periscope (which that course teaches) are big names for this type of strategy, but they have the same ability to be misused and turn people off.
I've seen people in midstream get distracted by how their hair looks in the mirror or a noise outside. We, the audience, are sitting there saying, "Get ON with it!"
The first rule of thumb with live streaming is to STAY on topic and don't lose momentum.
Have a plan for your live stream. Make an outline (brief) of notes to keep you ontrack - don't try to wing it because even the best marketers forget where they were or what they were talking about.
What kinds of things should you stream? Why is Live better than a recorded YT video?
Well some people love the live aspect because they're part of something here and now. I know as a music fan, I love to see bands I like periscoping live and knowing it's happening now rather than later.
Let's take dieting, for example.
You could have a live periscope showing for meal times. Film yourself preparing a low carb meal and teaching it. Then sit down in front of the camera just as if you were across the table from someone and eat and chat. Teach them diet tips like putting your fork down between bites, etc.
There are many people who would tune in to that because it would make them not feel so alone in their diet journey. You could give your audience a list of ingredients the day before to have on hand for that week's Periscope meals.
Or stress niches - you could periscope a discussion about meditation. Then walk them through a guided meditation or visualization exercise.
For things like marketing niches, you can still live stream. People love motivation. Joel Comm does that well. He has a series I watch often and I think it's called 5 Things - 5 books he's read, 5 reasons to do something, etc.
Live streaming is one of those formats that most of us are going to be dragged kicking and screaming to. So if YOU can get on it before the masses do, in terms of marketers, you'll have a headstart.
Now let's talk about the Periscope course I just read here:

First of all, I noticed Introduction is spelled wrong in the course, so if you buy it, add the C that's missing. Otherwise, good information and tips in there.
For those of you helping OFFLINE businesses get ONLINE exposure, the course goes into that very well. Lots of potential there.
Pay attention closely to chapter 4 about providing value. That's what's going to make or break your Periscope channel.
Page 35 gives a list of ideas for Periscope streaming topics. Great inspiration for Periscope as well as blogging in general.
There's a lot in this bundle under $10 - the main report, cheat sheet, mind map, resource report, sales copy, minisite, graphics with PSDs, articles, banners, email swipes, and video promo.
There are also two OTOs. The first is a $47 bundle that includes: 10 Video Tutorials, Powerpoint Slides, Voiceover Audios, Upsell Sales Copy, Upsell minisite, 5 follow up series, Professional Squeeze Page, PSD Graphics, Give Away Report, Upsell Sales Video, and Professional Affiliate Page with Swipes.
Why buy OTOs like this? Because fewer people do. So that means you end up getting something more exclusive and unique to sell or use online. The second OTO is a "done for you" option where they set it all up for you.
Okay I'm going to wrap up my bonuses for tomorrow and get started on my challenge mapping. Have a great Sunday!
Tiff ;)
