Hi !

Yesterday was 90 day on the dot that I'd been in weight loss training with my oldest son, Dylan. In those 90 days I lost 19.8 pounds eating everything I wanted - not a single low cal or fat free item (unless it was what I already preferred like with my refried beans). I didn't give up sodas. I ate Double Stuff Oreos, fast food (not salads, either - real stuff).

This has been so exciting to me and I'm working on putting something together with Dylan on how this is done because 90 days is a record commitment for me, too. Longest I lasted before was 3 weeks. LOL!

One of the things I did notice I have cut back on without giving it up or going extreme is salt. When I gradually lightened up, weight would fall off - maybe because salt makes you retain water.
