Yesterday was kind of a nightmare but it went from something that could have stressed me out to a very good day.
I had been experiencing random Internet outages this past week and yesterday I called the company to get help. After troubleshooting early in the morning, the whole modem bit the dust.
I could have stressed out but instead I got the kids ready and packed up my spiral notebook and went to run errands.
I outlined tons of projects in detail just while waiting on my routine car maintenance. And while my son took my dog inside Petsmart for her pawdicure I worked on replying to emails.
Never let yourself get so stressed that you paralyze yourself. You'll feel better being productive!

So let's look at today's Earlybird sale with my tutorial below. I was going to make a screen capture bonus but instead I'm sitting here on my iPhone writing this email and I'll just put the tutorial below.

So what are my tips?
I want you to consider creating PLR e-books instead of simply creating e-books for yourself to sell.
The reason I suggest this is that you can always save a license to the e-book for yourself, but you can also take in a ton more profits by selling the rights to other niche marketers.
So the first thing you want to do is look at what's selling in your niche. For selling PLR e-books, I would look on JVZoo because they are one of the top PLR platforms.
You can look on the bestsellers list, in the marketplace listings, or go to your affiliates tab and click on Find Products and type in a keyword for your niche.
The second thing I suggest you do is put a twist on your PLR e-book topic. This often means simply drilling down in the niche. For example, instead of a broad book on survival, you might do a PLR e-book about how to properly store water for survival.
The next thing you want to consider is which level of production you want to commit to. The bare minimum would be to sell an e-book and the sales copy to go along with it.
Or, you could max out by creating an e-book, sales copy, mini site, graphics, articles, product reviews, social quote posters, Checklist, cheat sheet, mind map, thank you and download pages, opt in report, email series, promo swipes, and more.
Now if you take the bare minimum route, then your upsell or OTO could be one or more of those other items from the max list. If you went ahead and did the max route, then your upsell could be something like videos, or simply more product reviews or articles for their blog.
Once you create the e-book and other elements, you'll want to create a JV page, along with the sales copy and a thank you or download page.
When that's ready look to see which affiliates promote your topic. When you're looking on JV zoo, you might see PLR products that have or had a contest for the launch. If you look on those leaderboards, you'll be able to see a list of prospective joint venture partners and affiliates.
Contact each of them and give them all of the details upfront, including a copy of the files and a link to your JV page.
Try to do this at least 2 to 4 weeks ahead of time. This gives the affiliate time to create a bonus to promote you.
Make sure you reserve a date and time for your launch on a site such as muncheye.com.
Now what about pricing? Most PLR e-books, launch for a special 3 to 7 day price between seven dollars and $17. Then, the price goes up to the full rate. For PLR, that will do usually mean about one dollar per page.
Once your launch is live, feel free to use a copy of the e-book and its other components for your own niche site.
