In the Flow, Survey Response, Slanting and More!

Hi !

I slept like a LOG last night. I was out. The kind of sleep where you don't even move and wake up with drool on your cheek. Loved it. LOL! I needed it so bad and today I'm relaxing and working, but also grumpy for some reason. Ever experience that? No reason whatsoever to be grumpy - you just are.

Very annoying so I'm working on getting in a better mood.

Well, WOW! You guys sent in 115 survey responses to my "build a business using nothing but PLR" questionnaire here:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/353KN6C

I mean it's SUCH a great, cheap, readymade tool that it's a shame if you buy and don't use it.

Only 2 people don't want to even learn how, but the rest do! And just to give you a quick summary, as it's going so far, it looks like:

- MOST people want a 30 day challenge but would like some mini goals along the way (7-day, 14-day, 21-day, etc)

- ALL of the topics I listed were popular, but you guys also added some GREAT ideas that I'll add to the challenge.

Add your ideas or replies if you haven't already. Now 2 things I caught sight of in the responses...

#1 - a couple of people hate the word challenge. Well, just to let you know, I love it. So it stays ;) This is a mindset thing. I LOVE being challenged and WINNING the challenge. If I fail, I get back up and push back harder until I do win. I hate products that claim they're easy, push-button, lazy couch potato methods because it's a big, honking, fat LIE.

So start seeing yourself as a fierce competitor who will take on ANY challenge because, baby - that's what we do in my challenges. I hate the word "courses," too - come to think of it. I like hand holding, feedback, bouncing ideas off my teacher - and I'm RIGHT there knee deep in the challenge with you, locked arm in arm.

#2 - someone didn't even like the idea of having to pay to join a challenge at all. I get that, and there are TONS of free blog posts and forum posts to help you out. All YOU have to do is search for each issue, one step at a time. So for instance, want to know how to rewrite PLR?

Here's a forum post I did that's highly detailed:

http://www.warriorforum.com/main-internet-marketing-discussion-forum/560782-step-step-tutorial-those-who-don-t-know-how-rewrite-plr.html

Here are two blog posts on PLR usage I did for free - so it's out there, scattered - just not in a "soup to nuts" type of place:

http://tiffanylambert.com/blog/teach-me-how-to-rewrite-your-plr-so-its-unique/

http://tiffanylambert.com/blog/how-to-personalize-the-plr-that-you-buy/

But with MY challenges, for those who do pay for the private lessons, they get to see it all unfold and get individual access to me. Implementation takes a lot of time. Instead of just teaching, "do this, do that," I SHOW and share and let you SEE it. That is very different from task lists. And my challengers? They take action.

One of the most common feedback remarks on my challenges is, "It's the first time I've made progress" or "completed anything." That's because they have camaraderie, can ask questions without feeling stupid or like they're bothering anyone, etc.

I charge for challenges because I do every step, thoroughly, am there for each participant, and it's like coaching - except not as expensive as hiring an individual coach. Better than a course, too! So if you want the free route, go for it - use blogs and forum posts to seek out the information. But if you want it all in one place, by someone you trust, with personal hand holding, then you'll pay for challenge access.

Okay second up is Justin Popovic's FLOW plr launch. I get in the flow (and out of it) and this is a good eBook package on how to get in the flow - something MANY of you lack even periodically. You're all over the place, and never seem to get traction.

Last, some of you have asked me about slants. A good way to come up with blog post slants or even entire domain/site slants is to look at what slants are already out there.

So for instance, when I go onto JVZoo, I see three low carb PLR packs for sale from people I trust and EACH one has a unique slant:

Slant: Ketogenic Low Carb (meaning the lowest carb you can go)
http://jvz9.com/c/5810/229318

Slant: Low Carb for Beginners (could you also do advanced for the last 10 pounds? sure!)
http://jvz1.com/c/5810/152983

Slant: Low Carb Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, Halloween, Valentine's Day and a New Year diet slant - but don't forget all those in office celebrations that happen all the time when a coworker has treats or a bday cake - ugh!)
http://jvz9.com/c/5810/183335

You could do New Year, 30 Day Challenges, etc. Look at these packs as ways to categorize your sites, too. You can have a holiday section, a beginners' section, a keto section, etc. You don't have to narrow your entire site down so much that you exclude any concept or demographic - but then again, you CAN if you want! You could help only women who have over 100 pounds to lose learn low carb, or only men over 50 years old.

Get a domain like LowCarbBagLunches.com and cater to ALL office workers who have to pack on the go - and promote cookbooks, recipes, meal prep containers, lunch boxes, bento boxes, keto snacks and more. Just sit there and spend one day making videos showing low carb lunches for the week.

You might even be able to charge for a low cost membership where you share recipes and tutorials for the low carb meal prep for lunches each week. Give them a grocery shopping list, list of kitchen tools they'll need and show them how once a week, like a Saturday or Sunday weekly release to get ready for the week ahead!

Okay I'm off to work more. I have a wealth mindset pack coming out in October and it's going to be SO big that I'm spending 2 months creating it.

Tiff ;)

P.S. Prefer a weekly digest?
