Change Your Mindset About OTOs, Last Chance to Chime in on Survey
Published: Mon, 09/05/16
It's Labor Day here in America and I'm...working. :) Of course! Every day is labor day, but when you love what you do, it's not so much of a hassle. You just can't "not" work. So this is a nice, short week for me - I get to go to "meet the teachers" night Wednesday and show up to one of MY old teacher's rooms who now teaches my son. I love it. He taught me economics during the Reagan administration and now my son's in politics during this crazy election.
So today I am wading through 163 responses to my "build a business using nothing but PLR" survey. Whew! Lots to make note of because I want to try to address each person's questions and issues. If you have ANY last thoughts or requests, get them in NOW:

This will be one of my most thorough, in depth challenges to date. Why? Because PLR helps you save SO much money and get a business built in MUCH less time. It's one of the most valuable tools and too many people are lost with how to use it.
I want no stone left unturned so you emerge fully confident and getting the most out of all that PLR you've been buying or see coming up.
Oh real quick, too. Speaking of PLR - those of you who bought this and got my mega exclusive bonus (it ends tomorrow, by the way!):

...here's another slant: low carb green juicing. I was doing lots of research on this and it's one of those dual niche pairings that many people like to do. Brings in all kinds of juicing products in the form of info and tangible kitchen stuff that you can promote.
Leafy green vegetables are typically low carb, so they're perfect for green juicing. The concepts pair nicely and give you a great concept that's both broad and narrow in a weird way. Two broad niches combined to make one narrow one, so you attract all 3 - juicer fans, low carb fans, and those specifically knowing they want juicing on low carb.
So on the One Time Offer deals. I see people complaining about this and they're looking at it all wrong. Of course, let me preface this by saying there's a difference between a marketer who slaps up any old offer they can that's worthless, and a marketer genuinely providing value with their OTO.
I'm planning out my wealth and abundance PLR launch for mid October and as I'm doing it, I had this thought about those who gripe about the offers having OTOs. (An OTO for those who don't know is when you buy a product and it takes you to another screen with another offer).
Some marketers OD on this concept and you go through 7-8 OTO offers and finally, 1 year later, emerge on your download page. It's grueling. But did you know you can always just log into JVZoo and get your download without seeing any of the OTOs? So don't put yourself through it if it irks you that bad.
What's really happening, though - with ethical people, is that they're making the product MORE affordable for everyone. For example... my upcoming launch is going to have a 30-page front end of six reports, and an OTO of 55 articles (one for every week of the year and then some).
Those who want the concept but can't afford a huge bundle have the opportunity to just get the bundle of reports cheaper than if I packaged it ALL up together and charged a lot more.
And the one time offer is usually marked down tremendously, so you're saving money instead of buying the front end only and then having the person email you a link to the full priced product. It's a PERK for buyers of the front end.
Now with my second OTO (I never go over 2), I usually bundle up hundreds and hundreds of dollars' worth of content and mark it over 90% off. I could just not have one, and simply say (in my front end package), "If you enjoyed this content, find more at www.PLRMiniMart.com." But who wouldn't rather have access to a 90% savings? And only those who buy the FE get access to that deal.
So sometimes, even if something bugs us, we have to understand there are also benefits available with it that we may overlook because we've already allowed ourselves to get annoyed.
I'll admit I used to be an OTO hater until I, as a seller, got on the other side and saw the benefits it offers my customers. Then I was able to see offers presented to ME as a buyer, in a different light.
Okay that's it for me today. TONS of outlining and planning going on here. Don't forget to grab my Ketosis and Low Carb bonus that won't be sold elsewhere here:
