Low Carb Launch Time Correction

Ugh! Working late has its consequences. I emailed out at 9 AM about the low carb launch and my bonus.
What happened was, when I first found out the time, I converted it to Central for myself when scheduling. Then when I scheduled the email, I forgot I had already converted it, so I accidentally converted it a second time.
Sleep deprivation!
Sloppy.
The sale opens at 11 AM EST which is 10 AM CST.
