Dork Moment: A Concept That Has Changed My Life.

Published: Sat, 09/24/16

Hi !

Baby girl came home yesterday and I was so happy I cried. LOL! My kids are always like, "Mommmm! Why are you crying? I'm HERE now!?" But they laugh at it. Just love them so much. She had a blast on her trip - rock climbing, river slides (rivers with LEECHES - ack!) and more. Glad it's over.

Today I'm working (I slept in REAL late - needed it) and I plan on cooking up a batch of homemade thick and spicy spaghetti sauce for a cozy, rainy weekend.

I had forgotten to go through a product I said I'd review so I did that this morning and as I began reading it, my eyes teared up. It's a good read - well written with lots of good real, meaty lessons. But it just suddenly hit me that it's such a simple concept and if only I'd known it years ago, I could have bypassed so much turmoil in my life and arrive at my now happy place much sooner.

What I was reading was part of Justin and Sajan's Power of Mindfulness eBook (it's a PLR biz in a box here: http://jvz9.com/c/5810/235318), but when I analyze stuff like this, I'm looking for sheer quality and value of the lesson. I don't want a bunch of facts thrown together - I want something that helps people.

I started out learning mindfulness (in ALL aspects of life) with my nutritionist. Fortunately, it's what made me realize I was in an abusive situation in my marriage. But I still felt trapped. My mindfulness ended at "awareness" and I was forced to quit going to sessions, so I never got anywhere.

Years later, I found myself in a situation where I had to leave. It was severe abuse. I was scared. I was angry. I was done. I was also in a major state of panic and alert. You know that feeling when you get startled by something and you gasp for breath?

That was me 24/7/365 - I never exhaled for over a year - I didn't breathe anything beyond a shallow breath. That's when I began going to my counselor (through the scary divorce) and she taught me mindfulness.

It empowered me SO much. In SO many areas of life. Not just "rah rah you can handle this" (which was very helpful in giving me confidence to follow through) but also in areas of work and elsewhere.

I, like many of you, have experienced overwhelm when it comes to workload, finances, caretaking of families, etc. But it's always mindfulness that grounds me and gets me to a place where I'm calm and can push through no matter what - not in a state of dreariness, but fortitude.

Anyway - I wanted to promote their PLR launch because it's genuinely well written, HELPFUL advice. But I also wanted you to see that this concept truly does HELP (as in rescue, motivate, and inspire) people. Real life people with real, big and small problems.

Any way you can weave these lessons into your marketing will benefit your niche customers - with success, relationships, parenting, dieting, stress relief, addictions, dog training - you name it.

So many people live life off the cuff and don't stop and THINK first. I do. Now, at least. And life is incredible when this concept is mixed in. It's an idea I pass on to my kids every chance I get and they are USING it. It's wonderful to see unfold. They use it with friends, schoolwork, and more.

So let's cover their PLR now that I've spilled my heart all over the place. LOL. It's under $10 which is really nice (only on sale just over 3 more days), and you get all of this:

- The eBook (over 10k words)
- Cheatsheet
- Mindmap
- Niche research report
- Sales and thank you pages
- 2 sales videos
- Graphics
- 10 Articles
- Set of banner ads
- 5 Email autoresponder swipes
- 10 eCovers
- Social media image pack
- Legal pages and licenses

Take time to really sit and think, "How could mindfulness benefit my customers?" Following through on projects? Making a concerted effort to listen to others? Making better choices, not based on fear or aversion to something, but on outcomes?

It's wonderful when it's fully embraced. And you can easily tweak this content with literally a few words here and there - to make it focused on your niche topic.

Tiff ;)
