Struggling to Get Ahead and Complete Things? Try These Tips!

Hi !

Well me and my kids had a fantastic day yesterday. I cooked a whole Thanksgiving type meal with a big turkey and tons of sides and they were just so appreciative. I love Sundays so much - and this week, aside from 2 volleyball games, it should be fairly calm and productive for me.

So I was talking to a friend of mine about those days when you have a lot of tasks to do and sometimes you just dread it so much. It might make you flitter around on social media, or get sleepy. But whatever it is, you're just not feeling it, so it takes forever to get things done - like pulling teeth at times.

Ever felt that way?

So I want to share two simple concepts that help me. The first is so easy it's almost laughable. Cleanse your brain palate. Have you ever gone to a nice restaurant and been served a shot glass sized bit of sorbet between courses? That's them cleansing your food palate so that you can start off enjoying the next course without the leftover taste of the previous one in your mouth.

I have to do this with work. If I have 10 articles to write that day, I do this:

- Write 1 article
- Get up and do the dishes
- Watch a scene of whatever I'm binge-watching on Netflix (one scene)

...palate cleansed and I'm back on to the next article. If I don't do this, I get bored. I get fidgety. I get sleepy. I get distracted easily.

Now another concept that employ and just bought ANOTHER product on (it's not my first one) is called Kaizen. It's a great concept for making progress - and many of you know that people laugh about me saying I ave a "lazy day" because lazy to ME is like a marathon of productivity for most people.

That's because I implement strategies like this. You can't just hope you'll hunker down and get things done. You have to LEARN methods to help you.

I bought Rick Warid's new Kaizen PLR (it's a course and biz in a box deal for under $10) for personal use, but you could do both - read it and sell it as your own course. It's on sale here...

Now what I LOVED was the very beginning where they're talking about improving for happiness. SO nailed it! I WORK on improving my productivity because:

1. I can help more people.
2. I can support my babies - tuition, college, etc.
3. I FEEL happy when I'm productive and not struggling - struggling is SUCH an awful feeling - depressing!

For those not familiar with Kaizen, it's all about SLOW, CONTINUAL improvement. So no eating an elephant in one bite. I never have been able to implement change that way! It's about little changes that make BIG dents in the obstacles you have.

What I LOVE is that this concept can cross niches. It's not just about success.

You can practice Kaizen in:

- Building better relationships
- Implementing stress relief tactics
- Dieting and fitness
- Anti aging and beauty regimens
- Survival and prepping
- Parenting...all sorts of issues!

Anything where change requires the person to adopt new ways of looking at things or implementing new habits - Kaizen is a wonderful tool.

When I purchased Rick's product, here's what I received:

- 37-page, 5k word eBook called "The Kaizen Advantage"
- Full Ecover Graphics
- Opt in Report "10 Steps To Success With Kaizen"
- Opt in & Thank You Pages
- Sales letter and thank you pages
- 12 Promo Banners
- Full Source Files Including All PSDs
- Detailed Keyword Reports
- Exact Match Domain Name Data
- 3 Premium Articles
- Extra Bonuses

There are different types of Kaizen you can practice. For me, it's definitely Point Kaizen. But I also use System Kaizen. (Rick explains those and more in his course). It's a great read, which means you'll be proud to also sell it to your own customers. You can grab a copy here:

Is there an OTO? When I bought it, I encountered a $27 one time offer that was packed with a ton of stuff, including:

- MP4 Video version
- Sales funnel pages
- 5-part email series selling the course
- MP3 audio version
- Flip animated eBook
- 10 FB updates
- 10 Tweets
- 10 Social media images
- Infographic
- 1k word product review
- 5 promo banners
- 20 royalty-free promo images
- Plus a ton of bonuses

I didn't get the OTO because I mainly wanted the report for my own reading. But if you're selling it, it definitely has a lot of value in terms of multi media options and he has examples on the page for you to view.

Oh! I forgot to tell you! I got a call from Frys yesterday (where I took my fried hard drive) and the first level of recovery yielded nothing. So I paid for second level (rebuild my database) and they found EVERYTHING! So I had them grab me a 2 TB external Hard Drive and put it all on there.

Now, I'm covered by TWO external hard drives, a flash, and my favorite: Carbonite. I bought the annual personal plan here:

So that runs in the background, saving a copy of everything I create. Why didn't y'all make me do that sooner? LOL! I know, I know - you tried warning me. I hate being stubborn!

Have a great Monday, y'all!

Tiff ;)
