One of the Best IM Reads I've Downloaded in Awhile...and more!

I'm home today with an "under the weather" baby girl, so I'm working and caretaking today. My son's off on his volleyball tournament, so there aren't any errands to run. I decided to hunker down and read something someone sent to me - and I loved it, which is unusual because most of the time with IM-related topics, I've seen it all before.
And this was a topic I thought I knew pretty well - email marketing. I do pretty well with my own email marketing. Conversions are good, retention is up there - no complaints on my end.
But I dug in anyway because a.) you never know what nuggets you'll pick up and b.) I wanted to see if it was something that could help my own subscribers.
Too many people either don't build a list or build one without knowing what they're doing - without taking time to learn anything.
This was a 93-page guide called Email Marketing Revolution and it's very well written and comes with PLR rights, too. It was under $10 last I checked here for an entire biz in a box bundle:

And I added a bonus for those who buy through my link - which includes my 48-page "How to Build a List" eBook and my 35-page List Building Reports Bundle (both with PLR rights).
The main course, which is the eBook, taught all sorts of stuff - some of which I hadn't considered yet. It included types of emails you could send, apps to integrate into your email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, funnel creation, split testing and more.
It was a good read for newbie through seasoned marketing levels. Something for everyone.
I don't know who is behind the course - aside from the name Firelaunchers. But this was quality stuff. I know Arun Chandrun is involved and I adore him - high ethics.
So check it out for either a personal read (as I did) or for PLR rights if you're in the IM niche. Good stuff!
Another thing I wanted to mention today was the book I'm currently reading. It's called The Positive Power of Negative Thinking. I loved this one part I read last night that talked about how many of us have anxiety about something we're working on - and we turn the anxiety into action.
It's defensive pessimism. For some people (maybe you?) the pessimism and self doubt is debilitating. But you can turn it around to make your negative mindset the spark that spurs you into action, as I do. Here's the book:

Some people try to tell you, "Oh it'll all work out." That doesn't help me. If I'm worried about conducting my first FB live event, I want to know what could go wrong so I'm educated in how to fix it if it does. I don't want anyone to pat me on the back and say, "You'll be fine."
What's truly frustrating for people like me is that everyone's always trying to get us to lighten up and worry less. To me, that's counter-productive to me. Don't change me. Understand that my defensive mindset is what makes me feel safe, protected and prepared for anything.
It's why I work hard. Because I "What if." If I skipped along my merry way, whistling and something blindsided me, I'd be REAL upset. So with productivity, planning, and even my person life, I want a 360 view of possibilities.
And yes, that includes the positive outcomes, too! I don't ignore that. I don't live in a dark world. But you won't find me lacking in preparation.
It's why I read and continue educating myself and growing my knowledge in my niche.
Anyway, just thought I'd share.
Tiff ;)
