Can I have a proud Mama moment? Yesterday my son Shawn got accepted to Baylor University and was awarded a $60,000 academic merit scholarship. WOW! I applaud his hard work on his grades - even amid the chaos of a tumultuous divorce for his parents and the abusive situation we were in during his school years.
