Last Day for Survey and Sale (ideas), Fiction Check In, Gift from My Mentor, & More!
Published: Wed, 12/28/16
I received a very sweet email yesterday from a subscriber saying they love hearing about my kids and how caring and self sufficient they are. They asked if I could outline some parenting advice. I won't go into lengthy details, but basically ever since they were born: I've never spanked them (I held them and told them why their actions hurt me if they did something wrong), I shower them with love 24/7, give them my full attention when they come to me without being aggravated at interruptions, I never teased/pranked them and toppled their trust in me, and I was open and honest with them.
The result? My 3 kids are all honor students, never in trouble, very caring for me and one another, and because I'm honest about my drive and determination, it's what they feel is the norm - they are self sufficient in terms of go getter mindset. I never ever have to remind them to do homework or projects - it's just done, and I don't ground them or spank - so it wasn't due to consequences - it's due to the fact they have pride in their results.
That's all I know, and everyone has a different way of doing things so no judgment from me!
Okay on to work stuff...
-----> Last Day of the Video Game Sale (ideas below):
Tomorrow, my son's video game PLR (with a free gift on the sales page) goes up to full price. This is his college fund launch, and he worked hard on it.
I have a couple of ideas for you... focus on Playstation if you launch a site. Business Insider says PS dominates in sales overall, so slant the content to PS and mention other consoles later.
Another idea? Launch a VR (virtual reality) site. I got my son a headset for Christmas and it was incredible! I went on a rollercoaster and under water with a shark attacking my cage while the people on the boat failed to bring up the cage. Scary but FUN! It was real video and sounds - and this stuff is now very affordable and so cool.
In the OTO for this sale there are several VR reviews - including something I wish I had - a stationary bike you ride w/a VR headset so it looks like you're riding in all sorts of places (with sounds too). This stuff is so new most don't know it even exists. My son took his to work and his coworkers were in awe - he put them in a room as a tiny person surrounded by gigantic white lab puppies towering over them and they were shocked at the technology. I spent about $50 for the headset.

-----> Survey for PLR Users
Tomorrow is the day I sit down and plan my January PLR launches. So if you want to,
chime in on which topic(s) and types of content you need here before I wake up and print
it all out for planning purposes:

-----> Free Gift from My Mentor
My friend and mentor, Craig Desorcy (who GOT me to six figures) is allowing me to give my list a free gift - his book "Starve Your Fear" for those who hesitate too much, second guess themselves, and worry about whether or not their pursuits are right.
Download it here:

His website is http://www.CraigDesorcy.com - and he's really great with helping people get past their self imposed obstacles.
-----> Writing Challenge - Get in on This!
I had a blast yesterday mapping out detailed lessons for this challenge. We are going to gain so much traction with writing content, it's not even funny. Remember, you CAN go at your OWN pace - do NOT hesitate because you feel like you couldn't do 5 pages a day.
We start Monday!
