New Year Plans and Reset, First New Course I Took in 2017, Challenge Tomorrow!

Published: Sun, 01/01/17

Hi !

Happy New Year! I hope you had a nice evening ushering it in. We had a nice New Year's Eve. My son's ride home flaked out on him, so we had to go get him (but secretly I was relieved because it meant he was safer with me driving). I woke up today - an anti-resolution kinda girl, dedicated to some new ones, but loosely.

Here are my thoughts on resolutions and making changes in 2017:

I spent my morning taking Amanda Craven's new sales copy course which is based on something I reallllllly appreciate - more relationships, fewer beating them over the head moments. I went through her PDF but it's the videos that really are amazing.

Amanda gives some cool examples to help you see how sales copy is evolving. I will be implementing this strategy myself. There is the main PDF, but then videos and worksheets for you to download for planning purposes.

I took the course because I plan on spending EVERY day that I'm working learning something new. Whether it's about a niche I'm in or strategy for promotions. I want to make education a priority for me.

My Writing Challenge begins tomorrow! Are you signed up? I'm very excited about it and remember - it's YOUR choice whether you do a group or solo participation level. You get hand holding and I'll make PDF downloads of the training PowerPoints so you can print those out if you want to.

If you need to up your content creation, get better at it, and faster, then you'll want to be in this:

Okay I'm off to make my late breakfast. We're having dinner tonight based on the only superstition I ever adhere to - good luck and increased fortune!

Every year I do it and it hasn't failed me yet. Here in the South, we make sure we eat pressure cooked Black Eyed Peas (representing coins - they swell when cooking), leafy greens for foldable cash (I do collard greens with garlic and olive oil), and for some, fried potatoes (for gold - some people use cornbread).

My kids aren't fans, but they do it anyway just because they see me doing it. One pea and one leafy green each. LOL!

Y'all have a great first day of a BRAND new, amazing year ahead!

Tiff ;)
