Do you ever stop as a marketer and realize you got sucked into a marketing message and it kind of shocks you? That happened to me this weekend. I was surfing the 'net and looking at all this home improvement stuff and before I knew it, I'd bought into their "spruce up your happiness with yellow" message and ordered FOUR panels of bright yellow curtains!
LOL! These will replace the pitch black curtains I have dampening my spirit, of course. But after I sat there seeing my receipt ding in my email inbox, I was like, "Waitttt a minute - I see what you did there!"
After that wore off I started panicking. Big, bright yellow curtains. Not sure how I'll feel about that but we'll see, right?
