Today is my dad's 92nd birthday. It's also a hectic day for us - my son (who I'm proud to say just got officially hired as a personal trainer at Lifetime) is having his wisdom teeth removed, so I scheduled grocery pickup at Walmart (lifesaver!) and I have a ton of errands to run before and after that for my other kids.

And then promote everything from the machines to the reciipe books to the mixes to the accessories like tumblers and straws!
Pick a good angle. Some go broad. Some go with smoothies for weight gain, weight loss, energy, cleanses and detoxes, etc.
