Hi !

Yesterday I hit 11 miles in an hour on the bike at the gym. I finally feel those endorphins kick in and i wonder if I never felt them last time on the treadmill because I was too focused on knee pain. Feels EXCELLENT! When you're reading this, I'm at the gym again - trying to win that 60 day body transformation challenge.

Lunch with my dear friend I haven't seen in 18 years was amazing. She's a great girl - salt of the earth. I look hideously plump in this picture, but it's because I was genuinely smiling so big! (And because I'm plump LOL). Here we are:

I can't even explain how it feels to be getting "me" back! Body strength, friendships, and now writing and golf are up next in my sights. I have some big changes that I'm making in business, too - so read on below...

So when Jennifer has info on oats, for example, you could create posts about eating oats (for whatever reasons are listed in her report) - teach them how to cook it (recommend some of the kitchen gadgets like a crockpot), and then discuss why it's a beneficial meal.

When I type in "steel cut oats" into Google, I see that people want recipes for cooking it: in a microwave, in a pressure cooker, and in a crockpot. Bingo! Amazon tangible ideas right there - and you could get one of those gadgets, test out a recipe in them, and make a video. Share it in a Superfoods FB group you create (maybe something like Superfood Cooking or whatever - and link to the products used (Amazon sells steel cut oats, too). And if I go to my keyword tool, I can see what else people want to know about steel cut oats, such as:

- how to cook them overnight
- how to make them in a rice cooker
- how to add other ingredients in (quinoa, almond milk, yogurt, etc.)
- how to make breakfast bars with them (cookie sheet sales, anyone?)

So when you get a report like Jennifer's, please don't get overwhelmed by the volume of content in a pack. Just take it one "section" of a report at a time, like the oats!

I also notice "superfoods for men" is searched online - so that's an idea. Turn the reports into a specific slant like mental health for men, men with diabetes, weight loss for men and even yes - beauty for men. So your site could be all about men's health and wellness.

#2 - BIG changes happening - and they're going to benefit YOU!

First, a warning - a few of my friends emailed me saying they were getting a pop up on my FB links lately, where it asked, "is this person using their personal profile for business? Do they discuss making money online?" So I went looking and yep, it's against TOS.
