IM lesson #3, House Building Analogy, Specific Wellness Niche Tiff's Tips
Published: Thu, 05/18/17
Today will be a rough day for me, so I was up at 4:30 working. I had a very proud evening last night - my son
Shawn was on the yearbook staff and he gave the speech for the dedication. They did this thing where they showed
(in front of all seniors and parents) a baby picture and a loving note from a teacher about the kid, then showed
the child's full yearbook page. I bawled like a baby! Here was Shawn's:

Tomorrow is his graduation. And then he's out in the world - and I couldn't be prouder.
#1 - House Building Analogy
I was pouring back through the re-release of Sean Mize's 100k in 1 Year blueprint that Dennis Becker and Barb
Ling bought the rights to and launched and his info is so good. I heard from many of you who also said you loved
his text products but the audio was grueling.
The way he shows you how building a business is like building a blueprint for a house is fantastic. It helps you
SEE how you should be planning better. He really helps you understand HOW to make this less overwhelming. Because
that is a HUGE problem for so many people.
And it doesn't have to be! Page 12 where he's talking about electricity and when you should go find training for
a portion of your business is great for all you shiny new object sufferers.
Barb and Dennis have it on sale (along w/their additions) here and while it's on a dimesale, it's still under $10:

#3 - In Demand Health Topic - Breast Cancer PLR Special (+ Tiff's Tips)
Kate Reiger launched a new wellness topic and at first, you look at something like breast cancer and wonder where,
as a marketer, the profit potential is in that. But listen - it's a very real concern. I've had a scare and I know
many women who have, too - and have turned to the Internet for the best information out there.
So I'm going to give you some insight, but since her sale in a dimesale, here's the link first:

So here are my Tiff's Tips for the niche:
You can either do an all-encompassing site where you take someone from their initial worry through recovery, or
you can do a site for one portion of that journey - prevention, diagnosis, treatment or recovery.
Your site can include or be all about diet, detection, emotional courage, therapies and treatments, and more.
People look for digital information like stress relief options (Yoga), and for diet info like detoxes.
What about tangibles? There's a whole "pink" movement with a ton of tangibles - from t-shirts to jewelry to wall decor to books and more.
This is definitely a niche that has potential and it would also make me feel GOOD to be a part of. Anything where
the person is hurting and I can step in and offer some guidance and comfort and knowledge is great. You want to
feel good about your niche.
Don't forget it's not just about women, either. Men are diagnosed with breast cancer, too - and they probably have
fewer options in terms of finding information geared just for them.
Encourage your people to get screened and create an opt in report that guides them through the screening. That,
I have learned, is one of the biggest problems with this disease - people are too scared to go to the doctor to
get screened!
So your report could comfort them and guide them and motivate them to make and keep that appointment. You could
also be a shoulder for them when and if they need it. Be there to answer emails (because not everyone has someone
or wants to feel like a burden to their loved ones - so your unbiased support could be a relief).
Start with Kate's PLR and build a site around it here:
https://jvz1.com/c/5810/260219
Use the news to direct your blog lessons. For example, typing Breast Cancer into Google News, I find an article that
says science research now shows that total body fat is a contributor to a relapse more than just abdominal fat. Here:
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2017/05/170516190733.htm
So one thing you could do is help them embark on a healthy weight loss plan to assist in preventing a relapse or
an initial occurrence. Smoking contributes to breast cancer - so smoking cessation products are good.
