How to Monetize a Mindset Niche, Rare Video PLR, I Threw Away a Money Niche
Published: Fri, 06/02/17
Well yesterday was day 2 without the gym. Not sure if I can go today. I am still so unbelievably sore. I'm so shocked that golf was that hard on my body. And a small bag at that! The worst hit spots are my abs and arms. Makes me crave weight loss and muscle building, though - that I can tell you!
Okay so let's talk monetization of a mindset niche:
A great question came in when I emailed out about my new PLR launch called Leaving Your Comfort Zone for Success. She wanted to know what the best way to profit from something like that was. So let's cover the various ways...
#1 - Promote products with it. Books are the #1 seller on Amazon. So if you were using one of the PLR articles, such as "Holding Yourself Back with Perceived Limitations," you could weave in a recommendation of an Amazon book. For example, one that I bought that I loved was "The Positive Power of Negative Thinking" by Julie Norem. Remember that when someone goes to Amazon, they often put much more into their shopping cart (I do every time!) - so you get a commission on it ALL. You can also promote journals because people like to journal when they're making a positive transformation.
#2 - Compile it and make your own success digital eBook to sell.#3 - Use it as a way to attract readers to your blog and promote items they'll need for success - other courses, plugins, etc. You see, people don't JUST want to be told to buy this, buy that - they want motivation and inspiration - and that's what this kind of content helps you do. It alleviates the need for you to personally motivate because it's done for you. Then you simply use your blog space to promote relevant offers.
#4 - Use it as part of a paid course. In many courses, there are various modules. You could have the step by step stuff, but also have the "mindset" module inside the course where you help them prepare or implement the strategy you're giving.
#5 - Promote digital items with it. If I go into JVZoo's marketplace and type in mindset, I see tons of products I could apply to promote. Most are for entrepreneurs. I could go to ClickBank and look in the marketplace and type in the same word and I find lots of "wealth" and "ninja" mindset products - pull them in with the content and promote a full course on it!
#6 - Pull them to your blog and sell them a companion workbook or journal for their mindset journey. They're obviously proactive in wanting to better themselves. I am learning some AMAZING stuff in Amy Harrop's Companion Publishing Profits course - that's perfect for something like this. Primarily for the self help niche.
Hope the brainstorming helps. Sometimes, PLR isn't specifically for selling, but for building value and trust with your audience so that they DO buy from you when you have something relevant to promote. The content can also help in that manner.
Rare Video PLR Course:
Really happy to see this. No one approached me about it - I simply saw its release date, contacted them and asked for my review copy because this is so rare - to find a quality video course with PLR rights. And the topic is perfect - affiliate marketing! This one is sold by Jonathen Teng but whoever's voice is on the video is American English speaking, FYI. It's called Commission Blueprint 2.0 and it's a set of 20 PLR videos WITH all the promo materials and it's being sold SO cheap during the launch. WELL worth the price. The videos were very well done.
It included topics such as ClickBank and JVZoo, what to look for in a product you're promoting, promo tools to use, squeeze pages, copy, domains, hosting, and more. I believe there are some built in bonuses in there, too.
This is a good course for those who need some beginner understanding on how to be an affiliate, too.
I Missed Out on a Money Niche
I hate it when this happens. I was all thrilled about home renovations and clearing clutter and one of the areas we did was the hall closet. Took out a big huge box of Legos - and nobody in the house wanted them anymore, so we threw them in the trash. D'oh!There's apparently a big arbitrage business (buy and sell) in the LEGO niche. I had no idea.
One of my subscribers, Jay Galati - is in this business. And he told me about it and developed a Lego Business Cheat Sheet under $4 to help others tap into the niche. I don't exactly know what his funnel is, but I DO know I read through his full eBook about building a LEGO business and it was GOOD info! It's called LEGO Riches, so if you see that in the funnel, it's worth grabbing.
Get this - he does something REALLY innovative and cool that customizes LEGO bricks. I was so impressed. There is a lot of profit potential in what his full book teaches.
One reason I point this out, since it's not normally a niche I'm in or promote - is that I've done a LOT of research on the niche because it was highly requested by my Toy niche customers (especially huge at Christmas). LEGO is evergreen and they're always coming out with new offshoots.
Worth y'all checking out. Kind of a cool toy niche that both kids AND grown ups get into (especially with collector's LEGOs).
And yeah, I tossed ours in the trash - wasn't even thinking about resale potential. Ugh!
Oh - I wanted to tell y'all (without an affiliate link) - that Arun Chandran opened up Extremely Limited PLR here: http://www.extremelylimitedplr.com - limited quantity PLR that's cheap but well written. Only 1-20 people get the packs and then that's it.
The weekend is here - and we're expecting storms all weekend. Can't wait. I want to rest, relax and of course, work!
Y'all have a great one!
