Why Do People Funnel? New Learn IM Free Lesson, IM Infographics w/Tiff's Profit Tips

Published: Tue, 07/11/17

I'm home working today and the post workout pain from Sunday has kicked in and I'm feeling it in my arms and thighs - ugh! Dylan told me to stretch it out but that hurts. LOL! I don't want to move. I want to get myself addicted to the feeling. Kind of like how, after a hard day of work on my business, I see the payoff. Not sure if it'll translate into workouts, though.

Funny moment: Yesterday the DirecTV guy came to hardwire our DVR box because their boxes are having internet issues. So he's standing there with the remote and I'm standing bbeside him and we're having a conversation about what's going on. I'm answering him, he's answering me...when suddenly, he turns to me and points to his ear (where a bluetooth phone gadget is) and says, "Ma'am, I'm actually on a conference call with our technical department so when I'm talking I'm responding to them. I'm sorry..." LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! I felt Sooooooooooo stupid. I slinked back to the couch and sat down. Ha ha!

I HATE those gadgets. I've thought people in the grocery store aisles were talking to me before. They need to make those ear pieces more obvious for us fools.

Okay let's see what we have today:

Why Do People Funnel?

You're first gut reaction to that question is probably, "greed," but I can assure you that a. You're probably right in most instances but b. Not always. What's a funnel? It can be two different things:

1. A funnel can be the "slippery slope" of your first encounter with a marketer's message where they take you through a process of getting you on their list and into the sales funnel where you then see the second definition:

2. A funnel is when a product creator has a multi level sale - meaning a front end, and several OTOs or one time offers.

You hate 'em, right?

Not me. As a buyer, I love them. It gives me the opportunity to tailor my package and I can get the basics without having to pay a ton more for a full package of stuff I don't need or want. BUT, some marketers do get greedy and plop any and everything they have into their funnel just to see what sticks. I HATE funnels that are 8-10 products deep. I think, "Well now you're just wasting my time." Give me 1-2 OTOs max and I'm happy.

Ruth Pound put together a course with PLR rights that teaches funnels - the why and how of it. It's ONLY available for 3 days and it gives you access to her IM monthly PLR club but you can cancel at any time if you don't want to have it ongoing. Here's the sale:

#3 - IM Infographics with Tiff's Profit Tips - I just bought this myself!

If you're in the IM niche, then you'll want to grab this pack of marketing infographics. They're very well made and perfect for generating engagement or pointing back to your website or sales page on a specific topic. They're on sale here:

Tiff's Tips:

Okay I LOVE that they showcase some of the infographics there so you can see quality. They're nice! How can you use them? Perfect for social networking sites. But what you can do is maybe do a series of engagement posts for each of the numbered elements ON the infographics.

So go to the sales page and scroll down to where you see (on the righthand side) an infographic titled "How to Earn Passive Income with niche Content."

First we see a tip about finding a niche. This means you can do a quickie tutorial on using your favorite paid keyword tool and promote it for commissions.

Next, we see w tip about setting up the website. I would break this into several engagement questions with promo opportunities for: On third element of the infographic, you see a tip about writing better. I have a challenge you could promote as an affiliate on Writing Productivity and here is the affiliate page to sign up: https://www.jvzoo.com/affiliates/info/245629 but you could also promote any type of writing course for headlines, blogging, etc.

On the 4th element of the infographic, you see a tip about socializing your content. This is a great place to recommend a plugin that shares their posts across all the major networks.

And on the last element of the infographic, you see a recommendation for a membership platform. Personally, I'd never heard of it and I can't easily find an affiliate program for it (Subscription DNA) but guess what does? Amember. So I'd swap out that tip with Amember and sign up for their program through Share-a-Sale, which is a platform I really love.

That ONE infographic that's already done for you has provided TONS of profit potential and lesson fodder for you. You simply do a quick tutorial for each idea and make a recommendation. The tutorials don't have to be totally in depth. You can share one tip for idea, like "How I use a keyword tool to brainstorm domain ideas" and then say something like, "If you enjoyed this tip, please consider using my affiliate link to buy your domain - and here's a coupon code for you to use." (Godaddy has great ones for affiliates).

Grab the infographic pack here on sale.

Use the coupon code "earlybird" (no quotes) to get $3 off if you do it in time. By the way there are 2 upgrades (I passed just because I don't need them) and there are several nice bonuses including other theme backgrounds for health, etc., included in the download.

Okay quick feel good moment. I was talking to my son Shawn about how I loved golfing a few weeks ago, but I was SO tired carrying my 2 clubs, bag of balls, purse, etc. Most 17 year olds would just ignore the comment. Not my son. he said, "Mom, anytime you want to go hit balls, just tell me - I'll go carry everything for you."

Heart. Melt.

I swear I don't know what I did to be so blessed with such caring babies, but I feel like I'm surrounded by angels having them in my life.

Okay off to work hard - for them! :) They're my "why."

Tiff ;)
