Your $0.02 on This? Niche Market Tips, List Segmenting, Free IM Lesson, Video Rank and More!

Published: Fri, 07/07/17

Today I started working on getting my sleep schedule back on track. This night owl stuff is hard on me - I end up lethargic all day. So I am setting my alarm back one hour every day this week until I'm on the right track again. I also have a one hour personal training session Sunday w/my son. A whole hour of it sounds daunting but I'll do it!

Okay here are a few things for today:

Segment Your List - PLR

Susanne and Tracy at Piggy Makes Bank developed a really cool IM slant with PRL rights - it's about list segmenting. That means you have a list and can tailor your promos to it by sectioning them.

They have it on sale here:

The bundle includes:

- Report
- 10 Autoresponder Emails
- 10 Social media posts
- Bonus implementation guide

Want to Chime in on This?

There's a big discussion on Facebook about PLR sales. I love seeing everyone's take on it. There's no right or wrong answer. Some say it's a bad idea to price sales low, etc. I have my own opinion on why I launch AND promote AND buy low sale offers:

Tiff's Tips:

Diabetes is a great niche because not only is there a HUGE portion of the population diagnosed with it, but also an enormous number that are undiagnosed - right now! That means they're going to be heading online to find information as soon as they have their annual physical.

Make sure you conduct frequent news searches. For example, I just discovered that the specific slant of Diabetes Devices is expected to SOAR by 2022. That means glucose monitoring and insulin delivery devices. So you could target either of those specifically and then ALSO have things where you teach them to get their diabetes under control. That's what's awesome about this niche - with type 2, if they put effort into controlling it, it's a disease that can be managed.

So here's an example of what I would do. I would target newbies to the diabetes niche. The questions are PERFECT for domains. For example, many search for this: glucose normal range. They're looking for answers as to what's normal. So they land on your (available) domain name:

- GlucoseNormalRange.com

Then you share the facts with them AND provide help on how to lower their levels, meal plans, devices, monitoring solutions and more.

Guess what other narrow niche within the diabetes market is thriving and growing? Wound care! Wounds heal very slowly with diabetes - so wound care tips and products are selling like hotcakes. So one of the top keyword phrase searches is available as a domain:

- DiabetesWoundHealing.com
- DiabeticWoundManagement.com
- DiabeticWoundInfection.com

All three are available. And what are they buying? Tips about diabetic wound healing and nutrition's role in it - and products - creams, shoes and socks, wound dressings, etc.

You could even get them on your list or to your site by reviewing one in demand diabetes product - like diabetic socks. Get an available domain like:

- DiabeticSocksReviews.com

Go through and primarily write reviews of the socks available on Amazon and other sites. Then give tips on wound care, diabetes management, etc. You could also get a domain like:

- BestSocksForDiabetics.com (also available) and make that your "entry point" into the market.

With a niche like diabetes, all you need is a good way to get into the niche - with one of their concerns - and it provides you a pathway to educate and promote products to them in ALL areas that are relevant to the disease. So a good opt in offer for a diabetic socks site would be foot care tips for diabetics. (By the way, you could also have a broad diabetes site and send the sock customers there for tips and broader opportunities - you don't have to only have one site).

Awesome Video Ranking PLR Course I'll Be Implementing This Week

Alice Seba secured rights to a course where she can offer PLR to it and it teaches you how to get good ranking in Google with your videos. This is something I'm about to implement, so I checked it out.

This is a really neat course - it's where you kind of test the waters effortlessly and then go after the spot once you know it's easy to get ranked for. I never thought of doing this before. I'm going to try it this week with my toy sites. It's time to gear up for Christmas sales anyway so it's perfect timing!

What's Coming Up This Week?

This week, I'm working on my new Airbnb PLR that will launch this coming Thursday . I swear I never see any of my friends mentioning hotel rentals anymore - it's pure Airbnb. And now, my friends are starting to ask on FB who else has begun renting their homes for money. So this is something people are really starting to seek out.

I'm also creating a nice two-tier exclusive PLR bonus for a home security launch coming up on Friday.

I'll be doing more free lessons in learn IM for free. And I'll have that free gift for success building to you soon. I'm just waiting on the physical copy of it so I can proof it before I send out the digital version to you.

Y'all have a great weekend!
