I was so proud of myself last night. I kept all the extremely tacky Christmas decor in boxes and went for the minimalist decor. It looked beautiful and I had SO much fun with my Mom coming over (I have GOT to share her recipe with y'all for tortilla rollups when she gets it to me), and my daughter and sons as well as their two girlfriends. I was in my happy place, surrounded by loved ones, laughing, snacking, carving pumpkins and playing games. 

Heaven.

Did I ever tell y'all my family had a recipe for skin cancer removal? It was a thick black tar-like substance that the American Indian side of my family inherited that you put on a skin cancer, and it went to the root and removed it, leaving no scar behind. I don't have the recipe anymore but I think others in my family do. 

It was used because with some skin cancers, before the Mohs surgery, they couldn't be sure they "got it all" and sometimes it could turn deadly. I had it used on my leg once. Worked great. I have so many stories of our family and friends using it and dating way back - some interesting stuff. 

My point is, there are all sorts of remedies that aren't traditional, but that work. Whether it's something your great grandma used or something more like a major health movement, there are some things that provide us with some really strong insight and care for our bodies.

Ayurveda medicine is a form of Ancient Indian Healing (as in India), that's holistic in nature. This is one of those medicines that even traditional medicine adopts into their regimen in ways. It's over 5,000 years old and the word itself means "life knowledge." This is a concept that doesn't just treat illness - it's preventative well-being, too. 

I'm fascinated by this stuff. I got to read Kunal Barthakur's (he's a new PLR seller who took great care in crafting a stellar product) guide on Ayurveda medicine. Tons of good information and here's a hint: Because he uses larger paragraphs, when you break this content up into 3 lines or so, you're going to probably double the content.
