Well I'm heading to the gym - signed up for paid personal training with my son. Told him to treat me just like a normal customer (only better - ha! jk). Have to keep up the battle, right? I've really been enjoying one mindset guy who isn't for everyone (he's a cusser and that motivates me but might turn you off). But his story is so inspiring to me and he is a great man with amazing achievements and it's the kind of mindset I have in business, so I want to adopt it for my weight battle.
His name is David Goggins. Might want to YouTube that interview he did and apply it to your business or life. No kumbaya here - he's all about self butt kicking.
