I stayed up way to late last night after doing some Christmas shopping with my daughter for her friends and boyfriend. But it was fun and I'm glad I got to catch up on my rest today before I started a hardcore day of work.

Rice now I'm making a dish my dad always loved - rice and tomato gravy. Ever had that? You make the gravy with a can of Rotel and water with beef bouillon cubes and flour and pour it over rice. So yummy if you like spicy stuff that's warm on a cold winter day.
