Attract an Audience Tip for Boring People, Content Course 44 Spots Left

Published: Fri, 12/22/17

It's COLD here finally - yea! It's also rainy, and that stinks but that's okay because when Christmas lights are all over the place, rain makes it SO gorgeous. Tonight I'm taking baby girl and her sweet boyfriend out to dinner and games so they can exchange their Christmas gifts. They're so sweet and even at age 12, he's opening car doors for her and exhibiting all those Southern boy manners towards her AND her Mom that I adore. My kids pick the best friends and relationships - guess they learned what NOT to do from me. LOL!

Attract an Audience Tip for Boring People

Today I'm tidying up the house a bit and finishing up some work. I saw something really neat I wanted to discuss with you in terms of tips for when you stink at being personable, because we've been talking about that lately.

When I'm on Facebook (or YT or Instagram), I am a sucker for funny videos. But maybe your niche isn't funny. Maybe it's pet health. Believe it or not, there ARE ways to inject humor into a niche like that - and you don't even have to be the one doing it.  And this is NOT just about humor - I'm just using that as ONE personality example.

I stumbled on a memester product and I started thinking about ways you could use it. I say this because SO many people I see on FB especially are posting such boring stuff and everyone scrolls RIGHT past it and you wonder why other people talk about FB as a traffic source when you get nothing in return.

So the product is this:

I was watching the video demo and he used the example of funny pets and it made me realize I always watch that stuff - funny or feel good. Those are my two GO TO can't scroll by emotions. So let me share a little about how you might make this work in dog health, for example.

There was a funny video on YT showing a dog having to get his ear medicine done here:

So let's say you have a blog post where you're teaching your readers about dog ear health. This would be a perfect video and I found it by typing in "funny dog ear clean" into YT.

Or here's one about bathing your dog:

Using the Memester product, you would use that video URL and create the viral components (I love the Likes and Hearts FB options you can insert) and a call to action link that goes back to YOUR blog, where you teach them something. Your CTA could even be something not funny like, "If your dog hates bath time as much as these do, check out my tips on how to make them LOVE the experience instead." Or, "If your dog hates taking medicine as much as the Guilty Lab, I can help - download my free tip sheet now."

I would use words like funny or feel good to search for videos and then use them in your marketing online. Someone else did the work, you're making their video viral but also using a link to your site for more information. You can do this with weight loss, stress relief, and a whole host of other niches!

Content Course Under 50 Spots Available at Discounted Price

I noticed someone I knew partnered up with a guy named Nathan Zadworny (who I'm "friends" with on FB but didn't know). The course is titled Organic Traffic Secrets BUT I feel it should have kept its original name - Effortless Converting Content. It's a MUCH better name for what this course is. Does it lead to organic traffic? Yes. But the course is primarily about the content creation and it's really good!

It teaches you how to create content for all sorts of things - blog posts, FB lives, podcasts, courses, trainings, etc.

I went through the training myself - it's a video course with homework and a worksheet to complete for the lessons. The first three teach the brainstorming and content creation tips he has. I enjoyed them and do many of them myself.

Then he moves on to what he calls Content Deepening Tools and finally, turning it into traffic.

If you struggle with creating content for anything - this is a good course for you. I know they only have 100 paid spots available and then the price shoots up to $97 for everyone over those 100 spots. There are already 56 spots gone. So only 44 left.

Okay I'm off to clean house and get ready for chaperoning. Then it's a cozy weekend for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day - can't wait!

Tiff ;)
