Day 1 of 2018, Best Roadmap for Your Marketing Tasks
Published: Mon, 01/01/18
Did y'all have a fun New year's Eve? We stayed home, but did some fireworks at midnight and made hot cocoa and hung out. I was happy my kids were home instead of out on the icy roads.
I'm about to put my black eyed peas and cabbage on - separately, of course. Those are the "good luck foods" we do here in the South. I never go a year without them. The leafy greens change from time to time, though.
I wrote a blog post for those of you needing a mindset shift:

One of the things I like to do when taking my business to the next level is organization. I do lists, calendars, etc.

Every day this year I'm going to remind you of one thing I need to remind myself - this question:
"If you were the boss of a company and paying money to hire you, would (boss) you look at the job (employee) you did today and be happy - or would you fire yourself?"
If you slacked today or procrastinated or spent company money foolishly or didn't implement something, then you're not a worthy employee. Get it together or fire yourself and do something more suited to your efforts.
Ouch, right? Tough love.
Tiff ;)
