Monetization Problem, Follow Through, Private Sale, Funnel Promos, Profit Strategies

We found the cutest navy blue dress for Scarlett's party this weekend at Dillards and we found it fast and on sale at Dillards - yea! Tonight she has a basketball game and I'm on snack duty so I'm picking up 15 Chick Fil A meals and somehow carrying it all into the gym (with water and gatorades). That's be a sight!
Before that, I'll be home working on my Accessory Site Challenge today - have a few days to get caught up with, but they're all mapped out so it should go fast.
Monetization Problem
Yesterday I got some questions from people kind of panicked about YouTube's new monetization policy. Apparently they killed ad revenue for smaller channels and are only going to allow it for the big ones. I do feel bad for people who relied on this as their way of profiting.
I don't, so I can't relate to that panic mode on that topic. Maybe six years ago now (I forget how many - I'm guessing), YouTube suddenly went on a delete spree of any marketing channels where anyone mentioned "make money" in them. Well I had ONE video that taught people how to make money on Squidoo (wasn't selling anything in it - just a tip video). Four years' worth of my work was gone in an instant and when I contacted them, they reviewed it and admitted I hadn't done anything wrong - but they wouldn't restore the account.
So since then, I've never put my profit eggs on another person's platform. My PLR store? It's mine. I can sell info products straight through my site if I want (I choose to use JVZoo, but if it shut down tomorrow, I'd just move it). I don't even use YouTube anymore unless I want traffic to a niche site - I use Vimeo Professional version to house my business videos, and I pay for it.
When you're building your business, have most of it under YOUR control, not someone else's. When Squidoo shut down in a horribly rude manner, so many people I knew lost their entire livelihood. That was their mortgage, their food on the table. Gone.
Private Sale
This is something I did privately that launched today for 5 days for Amy Harrop's list. She graciously is allowing MY subscribers to ALSO get access to it (and she didn't have to). Not only do you get my items, but she also put a bonus into it that includes 1,000+ high resolution stock photos for both commercial and non commercial use.
This is HER affiliate link for the sale - no other affiliates are allowed to promote it:

IMPORTANT: This does NOT include my brand new Diabetes Diagnosis PLR that launched. Only previous content already on the store.

As we're diving into my current challenge, many people I hear from tell me they have a site and have abandoned it or only built it off and on periodically. This is a problem. If you're struggling, it's a good idea to sit down and analyze your rate of follow through.
Consistency is key to success. There are definitely times I fail to follow through on something, and I have to really focus on completion or steady effort. Most of the time, I go all the way - but if I don't, I really try to pinpoint WHY I didn't do it. Sometimes I have too much on my plate, but usually it's simply a matter of interest (or lack of it to be more exact).
This isn't something you magically cure one day. It takes ongoing practice and honesty to yourself to ensure you're doing what needs to be done to help you earn money regularly.
Arthritis Niche PLR by Casey Anders and Tribe Bloom (Profit Strategy Included Below)
Some of you mentioned that you can't buy Tribe Bloom content without a membership - WRONG! You can, but only during launch. It's launch time!
She has a new bundle out with their amazing pro-level videos, full eBook, sales copy, emails, reports, and articles on sale here (with an incredible upgrade option of more content, too):

Profiting: How do you profit from a pain niche so narrow? Well if you JUST go into the arthritis niche, this is both a digital and tangible profit niche.
Digitally - they want to learn about it and how to manage it, with things like nutrition and exercise and even mindset because chronic pain is debilitating emotionally. Tangible products you can promote include compression gloves, creams and medications - but guess what?
There are products that don't cure or help arthritis pain, but are made FOR arthritic individuals. So think in terms of can openers for people with arthritis, door knob grips, utensils, tools to help them get their socks on, and more.
And don't forget that arthritis affects different areas. You might have categories for those who have it in their knees or their hands - or ankles. Each category will have different tools to help the person, like braces, and so on.
Sitting Is the Next Smoking PLR by Joanne Reid (Profit Strategy Included Below)
This is a cool topic with some fitness profit potential!
https://jvz7.com/c/5810/233067
Profiting: The first thing that came to mind when I saw this topic was standing desks. Joanne's PLR is based on all those news reports coming out lately about how dangerous sitting for long periods of time is for our health.
So everything fitness can be a great thing to promote using her new PLR. That includes the standing desks, but also fitness trackers, sneakers (or tennis shoes as I call them, even though it's not for tennis lol), fitness clothing, walking DVDs, treadmills, elliptical machines, even things like Wii gaming consoles that have people moving while gaming.
I also saw a story awhile back about a guy who was very overweight. His doctor told him to get a dog to walk to help him get moving. He chose an obese dog in the pound, adopted him - and together they BOTH got fit. Loved that story. So you could pair the niche with things like pets or gaming, for example.
You could even pair it with home organization or cleaning, like I'm doing. Cleaning and decluttering is what gets me up off my butt every day. I work in increments, then stand up, do dishes, wash the windows, etc. And the home organization and cleaning niche is huge and can be done with an overall home slant or room by room emphasis, like closets or kitchens.
Cally's Latest on Focus Was Good for ME
Focus is something I either am bathing in or can't find for the life of me. It comes and goes. So I read Cally's latest PLR on the power of focus (think about what that means) and it was really good. Loved the parts about overhwelm and burnout (happens to me). She digs into how you can reclaim your time - and that was so eye opening to me. There are a whole lot of things I have to do to maintain or reGAIN my focus.
Some of it is biological like eating right and getting my sleep schedule mastered. Others are strategic like setting myself up right in the best focus-friendly environment.
Whether or not you get this for the PLR rights or not, I suggest you read it if focus is an issue for you and you tend to procrastinate or flounder or even like me - burn out from too much.

Okay I'm off to get some Challenge tasks completed. Y'all have a great Thursday!
Oh! By the way, JVZoo had some problems with their site yesterday - it wasn't due to anything I did. LOL! But if you tried accessing the Diabetes Diagnosis sale, it should be working now here:
