Paper Project Update, Digital Affiliate Marketing Starts Monday, Starting a Podcast

Published: Sat, 02/17/18

I'm so glad it's a long weekend with Monday off. We celebrated last night - the major debt payoff - and had a cookout and lots of laughs. At the ed of the night, I ordered myself a little something as a sign of a new journey in life - a little Golden Gate Ficus Bonsai tree. I've always been fascinated by bonsai but the only one I ever bought had thousands of crickets hatch out of it so it was returned to the store. LOL!

Today marks the last 24 hours of the Paper Project Sale, so here's my final update on that... (and new bonus)

Today first I went through the list building training that Dean presented. It's broken up into three smaller areas. Great advice and steps he presents (as well as warnings of what NOT to do). One thing I like is that Dean is telling you about various things you can use and he's so honest - saying he has a product for something but he prefer someone else's. LOL! How many people do that?

Second, I went through the video called The Follow Up.  This was great! He talks about what goes into your follow up contact - what should be automated and what shouldn't. Loved this part and agreed with the lessons.

Next, I went through The Sales System video. The cool thing is, most people think of sales as something they produce but he presents it as something good for BOTH affiliates OR product creators. When he maths, I get eye glaze but then it clears - he makes sense and shows you a major disaster of what can happen if you're doing it all wrong and you lose money. He teaches some deep funnel strategies with a strategic income building efforts in a variety of ways.

I lastly went through the Round Up video. This is an overview and recap of what he suggests and WHY he suggests it. This is not a necessary video unless you just want a recap periodically. It's the same info he went over in depth earlier, only in quicker format.

This course is still VERY good as a map of processes you need to pursue for newbies or those who haven't set up a real business online. If you're just all over the place and don't know what you're doing and have no clue in what order things should be done, this is good for you. If you're advanced and have marketed in many niches and done full funnels and promotions, it's probably too beginner for you - unless you feel you've lost some steps along the way.

Dean's mindset is really what's needed in these careers - strong decisions and major follow through. If you lack it, you'll flounder. The price discount (it's just $7) goes up tomorrow, so if you want it, grab it now. Note: I didn't get any upsells. Others did. I just bought the front end. You know what's great about cheap courses like this? As a marketer, their intent is most likely to sell you the more expensive upgrade options - but in order to convert those purchases, they have to provide value up front and in this case, many of the options presented have nothing to do with his own upgrades. Some do, but he presents competing options as well. So you get value without any requirement of a hard push to buy more.

BONUS:  If you got this or get it through my link, I started thinking about the steps he mentions - if you need some content for some of the steps, pick out $300 worth of PLR from my PLR Mini Mart and send me your receipt for Paper Project and your list of PLR you want and I'll send it to you. This will help with several of his steps so you can implement them without having to wait for content creation.

Digital Affiliate Marketing Starts Monday

We're still completing our Accessory Site Challenge (btw, I have the coolest review for today I'm about to post - amazing product for dark circles and wrinkles I used for a week with before and after shots), but we're going to start the Digital aspect of affiliate marketing on Monday.

This pairs perfectly with the tangible strategy in some niches like survival, dating, weight loss, and so on. But some topics like toys aren't really as suited for digital sales.

This is a 10-day challenge we're doing - and if you use the coupon code: DIGITAL, you get to take $3 off. See the details about what you'll be learning here:

Starting a podcast.

I've been considering starting a well organized podcast. There are so many times when I want to discuss an issue on a regular basis for our marketing success but life's hectic and I just don't have time to get all fixed up for a podcast or screen shot presentation. With a podcast, we can have discussions without all the hoopla - and you can listen as you multi task, another thing I like about the concept since you're not forced to watch the screen.

I'm going to be working on an ongoing list of topics I've put off discussing so I can create a sort of talk show for it. It'll deal with many aspects of this career - for men and women, moms and dads, beginners and advanced marketers.

I'll let you know when it's happening.

Okay I'm off to do a Traffic Rebirth update and then one for my Accessory Site Challenge. Y'all have a great weekend!

Tiff ;)
