I had a fantastic weekend - took my oldest son engagement ring shopping and it was the best day - the ring is gorgeous (pic below) - and we ate at a fun Hibachi restaurant and went to see the place they'll be moving into. Today I'm heading to Lowes to begin a home improvement project doing a little drywall (I'm scared!) but they're not huge projects so hopefully I won't mess things up too bad!

Okay - I'm going to show you a picture of the ring my son bought to propose with. It's rose gold and so beautiful. He picked out the diamond himself from a selection they gave us. And MARGIE, if you're on my list, DON'T LOOK! LOL! (I don't think she is or even knows about my business, but just in case)... They also gave him a light up box since he's going to propose on the beach at the Polynesian at Disney when we go in less than 50 days. Ack! He's growing up too fast!
Okay I'm off to clean and cook now - I think a brunch of Southern eggs and fried cornbread sounds SO good on a Sunday!
