Challenge Day 1 Ready! Social Stories Strategy, Self Publishing and On the Go
Published: Thu, 06/14/18
My Shawn came home last night and I was SO happy to see him! I just feel so "off" when one of my kids flies the nest to go somewhere. LOL! He had a great time in Ohio, though - got to see all kinds of historical stuff for his fraternity at this leadership conference, so it was inspiring for him.
Tomorrow should be fun - we invited my mom over for a cookout and we're all going to play games and just relax. Can't wait! Okay let's dig in to today's goodies:
#1 - Story Strategy for Making Money Off Free Social Networking Sites
If there's one thing I hate it's having to worry about paid advertising. Even investing just a little annoys me if I do it wrong. So I LOVE social networking sites - especially for newbie or struggling marketers because it helps you build a list, network with potential partners AND customers, position yourself as a niche leader, and of course, earn commissions or direct profits from your posts. But posts alone aren't the only effective way to do all of these things. One strategy that makes your social posting come alive and stand out is to use the stories. They're on both Facebook and Instagram and they pull more eyeballs and interaction than a regular post does in many cases because they're temporary and people want to see it before it goes away.
Alice Seba is teaching this story strategy (and she's including private label rights so you can turn around and sell the content to others or publish as your own, too) for just $17 here:

#2 - Book Rocket Self Publishing
This is from someone new to me. Her name is Kate Anderson and one thing I DO know is that I watched her develop this launch with a LOT of care. She was posting about it to make sure everything was perfect (I like it when people are concerned about ensuring quality and technical smooth sailing as well as making sure affiliates are all set - shows good ethics).Kate let me review her Book Rocket launch so I could see if it would be something y'all liked and I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality and volume of what she's selling here:

Why did I love it?
- The writing was engaging. I enjoyed it - and didn't skim quickly because it pulled me in.
- It was a lot of information. The main guide was a meaty 94 pages of content.
- It's perfect for newbies to self publishing. She explains everything SO well and makes it easy.
- 13,000-word, 94-page Main Training Guide
- REALLY nice readymade Sales Page system (meaning includes the DL pages etc) if you want to turn around and sell the training
- Lead Magnet system called Brand Launcher that includes the squeeze page and report to help authors develop loyal readers
- Promo Graphics (I love the graphics for this one - very professional) w/source files
I have some Kindle self publishing stuff of my own on my store, so I bundled it up as a bonus for you when you grab Kate's awesome training w/PLR rights through my link below.

#4 - Something Innovative to Check Out
As more people consider side income and may only have an iPhone, Charles Harper developed new training w/PLR rights called Create a Product with an iPhone. It's a 20-set video course and what I love is that the slant is something that helps people get launched without a bunch of pricey tools like Camtasia or whatever - AND you can slant it was a great marketing strategy for those who don't have a lot of time, since this allows them to create stuff "on the go."
I've often told y'all how I work in carpool lines or while waiting for my kids' sports games to begin or even while at dentist appointments or whatever in the waiting room.
Check out the list of topics he teaches in this course here (or click on the link): https://warriorplus.com/o2/a/t2w25/0

Okay time for me to work on our next lesson. It won't be every day but just random days so stay tuned and if you ever miss a day of the challenge, just head to the blog to see what's been posted so you can log in and get caught up.
By the way - if you missed yesterday's email about the JR Lang exclusive bonus, here's my archive for it:
