Ask Yourself This Then Implement It (Exclusive Bonus for Self Development)

Published: Mon, 08/20/18

Sunday was amazing. I was so productive. That's the only GOOD thing about back to school time. I tend to get very organized and productive because I'm on a schedule and have to find time to get work done (which is when, oddly, I tend to work harder and faster and achieve more).

Ask Yourself This Then Implement It

I was talking to my Mom yesterday about a topic that I felt has helped me achieve wealth and satisfaction in business and happiness and peace in life. I didn't have a word for it before, but what I've done has unfolded before your eyes if you've been with me for any amount of time.

You've seen me struggle and hit blocks and push through them. It's almost always something emotional (not technical) getting in my way - whether it's frustration, anger, hatred, fear, self doubt, or whatever.

And with many of YOU, you've told me that what brought you to me and made you stay was the fact that I'm here for you - you email me, we chat about what's going on that's frustrating you, and I help you work through it.

It has a label. I wasn't aware of it, but it's called Emotional Intelligence (EI).

At times, I was lacking it (like with my ex husband and forgiving and making peace). At times, I was good at it (like with y'all, when you come to me needing help).

Now that I've learned to apply the EI to my personal life and not just work, everything's going amazingly. My ex and I are friends on FB, he cheers me on with my weight journey, my kids are happier, and even my work is improved because I now know how to grow it even more.

The reason I discovered this is because JR Lang released a mega PLR pack on the concept today and I had created an exclusive bonus for it. So I was researching and studying and having all kinds of Aha moments with the subject matter. I love self development slants!

It's on a dimesale here:

I found out something really cool, too. The way emotional intelligence and apathy correlate. This is something I see in my own life and with my business peers. Ask yourself this: Are you emotionally connected to your audience or are you apathetic?

With me, I can be both depending on the person. I have some people who I spend a lot of time helping. Others (after awhile of interacting with them), I see as leeches, so I become apathetic with them. These are the kinds who want everything, will work for nothing, and drain you with whining. Most people aren't like that. But those few who are can drag you down.

Apathy can be protective. Or, as in the case of my ex, it can hurt the situation. Having a good level of emotional intelligence can go far in healing and boosting you to be a great leader in any niche.

I'll tell you about JR Lang's mega PLR sale in a sec, but first let me tell you about what I created JUST for you (and it will never be on my store or used as a bonus elsewhere).

Do you ever wish people who sold to you understood your needs better? Does it seem like they truly care, or just see you as a cash cow? What about YOUR subscribers? How do you think they feel about how you treat them?

What do you see online in terms of how marketers act among each other? See some immaturity and lashing out? I see a lot of that! Maybe some cliquish behavior?

Knowing how to understand and react to others can not only help you enjoy more personal satisfaction but it can help you get what you want because you'll be one of the few people who know how to navigate other people's emotions and triggers.

Emotional intelligence isn't just always being empathetic to others. Not by a long shot. It's about being SMART with your emotions. I highly recommend learning this concept for yourself, not just using the content for PLR purposes. It's a great strategy for all of us to adopt.

Okay I'm off to meet the teacher! I'm finally back on schedule this week after some chaos (fun chaos but still). So hopefully everything will be in motion now with all my projects.

Tiff ;)
