Tomorrow is Shawn's 19th birthday. We're going to have a cookout and cake and presents but only after everyone gets home. He's really loving college and has found his groove. Right now, he's studying criminal justice and has so many areas of interest like forensics, etc. Fascinating stuff to me!
Today is my day for info product development. I'm working on a course called 3 Phases of Internet Marketing Success. Can't wait to unveil it. It's a course I'm creating during an implementation of someone else's course. See? When someone teaches me a strategy, I implement it and see how it works and earn money from it in the process when I launch.

I got a sneak peek to see the new JVZoo Member platform ahead of time - (where you can launch membership products) and I'm SO excited!Confession: I never got Amember because so many people who use it told me how difficult it was with the learning curve. That made me say, "No thanks!" and I stuck with my less professional looking blog for courses.
Below, you're going to see me share some Q&As with you as well as a video walk through you're going to see as I show you over the coming days what it's like for a tech dummy like me to use the site from the beginning.
I think this is SO important. While everyone else is emailing you swipe file promos, and some probably haven't even used the product themselves, I wanted you to really see the truth about what it looks like when someone who isn't a professional tech person gets a new tool to use and implements it. I know as a buyer myself, I always appreciate the real walk through and not something polished.

In the new JVZoo Member platform, there are simple click and choose options and drag and drop stuff. Everything newbie friendly. The navigation is built in and I liked how you can include upsell areas within the membership in case your buyer enjoys your content and wants to level up. I also like it can be a showcase for all of my products in one place.
Right now, the way I had it set up, when someone completes one challenge, there's nothing spurring them on to buy another. In fact, they don't even KNOW about it - but with the JVZoo member platform, it'll showcase my offerings to them.
I plan on creating a course just for this to test it out. A real course - but something I can put on JVZoo's member platform instead of on my blog, like I normally do.
It'll look more professional. I loved the tutorials I watched. I also found out we can use this as an affiliate platform. I'll tell you more about that below.

Q: What are the pricing options?
A: You can choose a monthly or annual fee for the platform (but annual is only available during launch and it saves you something like 35%). And you aren't going to encounter any upsells! JVZoo is running a special from now until the end of the day September 3rd and the price will start off at an entry level price and move up throughout the sale until it tops off on the 3rd and the annual option disappears. So early buying saves you more.
Q: What type of media content can you put in the membership?
A: I did go in and play around with it a bit. I figured since I don't have anything complete yet, except my older paid challenges, I could put one of those up there. I love that you can use the platform for:
- Text Courses
- Audio Courses
- Video Courses
A: It'll be a good spot to put a PLR membership, a course platform, and one fascinating way - as a place to house your affiliate promos and bonuses! I didn't even think of this, but Simon explained to me that we can create a free members' area where they can see things like our promos and bonuses and then also have some paid option in there for them to choose if we have our own courses, for example.
Because right now, for example, if I promote something like Arun's Senior IM PLR, you only see that offer while I'm promoting. But the offer will still be available later, there's just nowhere to house it - until now. I can house it in a free members' area and direct people to it so they can see ALL of my bonuses and promos. Nice!
I know y'all are going to get flooded with hyped up emails about this today. I just wanted to let you know that as someone who likes easy stuff (which is why my courses were on my blog), I'm SO grateful to JVZoo for creating this because the other option of Amember was too confusing for me to go with, and this looks really easy.
It'll make everything look far more professional, so that's a bonus. I'll be back in touch this week as I learn more and navigate it.

- You have a built in sales letter area, so no need to go buy an extra tool for that.
- You can create unlimited courses within the membership at the single price.
- They even have a feature where you can sell the courses in other languages (I have to learn more about this)
