A Big Problem, Finding YouTube Difficult? Or Traffic and Exposure?

Scarlett's off at the TCU football game and I'm home working a lot. Want to get everything done so I can relax a bit tomorrow. It's a race against time - me against the clock tonight.
Finding YouTube Difficult?
YouTube is all my kids ever use - they don't use Google. They don't watch streaming channels on Netflix. They YouTube for everything. And I have to admit, if I need to know information or how to do something, I also YouTube. It's the best search engine, so therefore, best way for you to be found - and it's a free traffic method.
That's why it's important to take time to learn how to use it.
For me, I usually start at Google, search and choose the first YouTube video available.
There's a guy who teaches how to get that spot I'm looking for as a consumer. Adam Payne launched a very newbie-friendly "over the shoulder" course teaching strategic YouTube methods for you here:

Know what's cool also? Zero upsells. This is is. It's a beginner-friendly YouTube course from a qualified teacher.
It's called YouTube Channel Mastery - and when you go through, you'll see the power of building a subscriber base on this platform. He goes through the concepts, the pre-channel work to do, the set up info, cool stuff like trailers and channel building and more. I loved that he even covers the stuff about engaging your audience in the comments section.
A Big Problem
Quick LOL for you. Yesterday, I offered to help all of my subscribers with whatever they needed. I got a FLOOD of emails thanking me, people sending their issues, etc. And a complaint.
Yes, someone complained about me emailing that. You just simply can't please everyone. Sometimes you just have to shrug and feel sorry for people, right?
Some people were asking if I would offer paid coaching. Nope. There are many times when I can't think of a way to help people, so I'd hate to charge money and then find that I lacked the knowledge to offer to help them achieve their goals. I know some things, but not all. :)
A BIG problem MANY people had when emailing me was where to get started. It's such a hard concept. You have a gazillion ideas and it just gets overwhelming. I made an audio for you of about 10 minutes.
Hope it helps:
