Hack Templates Reviewed (New), Tips on Using Self Help PLR, Self Image (Example)
Published: Tue, 10/09/18
It's pouring rain here today. I have 3 painters here on my kids' rooms. They tore off the wainscoting last night and drywalled everything and it looks SO much better! When I get back from Disney, we're ripping up the carpet and putting vinyl wood floors in (great for animals). I can't wait to have this project completed.
I leave for Disney in just FIVE days! My son and his college friends are staying here while I'm gone. Lord, please let my house still be standing when I return. LOL! I want them here, but I just pray they'll be careful with everything.
Okay, let's get started:
Hack Templates Reviewed
I got to review someone new to me and whose products blew me away. Her name is Cindy Bidar - ever heard of her? She reached out to me after someone told her how much I love checklists and templates (I use them DAILY) and she showed me her stash of checklist and template products. This is the kind of stuff that 1.) cuts my time dramatically and 2.) makes me easy money with very little effort.
OMG. They're even more detailed that Fahey's I think! The one I first looked into was the stiff sounding "operations and marketing" checklists in the link below. But stiff they're not. Let's call them by a better name. How about "Cindy's step-by-step, leave your time management and confusion excuses at the door" checklists and templates? That's what they are. not only does she have the main steps in there for things like blog post promotion, but the steps have steps.
It's basically leave no stone unturned type of stuff (you'll learn a LOT of stuff you didn't even know to do - I did!) and it helps you FLY through tasks quickly. These are going to be printed out and put in my binders.
Check out what's in this one here with both checklists and templates you can use:

This one is SO comprehensive for both newbies and experienced marketers AND when I get back from vacation, we're going to choose a different package of hers and do a specific implementation bonus. I can't wait!
Tips on Using Self Help PLR
I had someone ask me how they should use self help PLR. It gets confusing to some because if I gave them a pack of product reviews, they'd know to stick an affiliate link in there and profit from it.If I gave them a pack on how to lift weights to gain muscle, again - they'd know to use it as an affiliate article, even though it's not a product review.
But mindset? It confuses some marketers on how they're supposed to profit from it.
What I want you to understand is that your leadership in ANY niche - I don't care what it is - depends on your ability to motivate your people and get them to do the things that bring them success. My son Dylan experienced this the other day - his client texted him after he'd left a session with him (he's a personal trainer) and the guy told him how grateful he was because he'd shown up in a foul mood, not wanting to do anything and dreading the day and left feeling hyped up and like he could conquer the world - thanks to my son's butt kicking, positive personality.
I can gift you 1,000,000 courses today on technical tasks and strategies and I guarantee you you'll be no closer to achieving six figures than you were yesterday if you don't have the right mindset. I've proven this by showing you the mentoring questions coming in this past week - every one of them are mindset. The person THINKS they're something else - like a matter of having no time or not having anyone to promote for them, but the reality is, both of those issues are cured by fostering a go getter mindset and confidence enough to take this business seriously where you don't allow people to roll over you and invade your time and approach affiliates and convince them to basically share their list with you.
In almost every email I send out, I promote things that I know some of my list will benefit from. I also try to motivate you and make you realize what kind of mindset you have to have. Some of the ones that affected y'all the most were the concept of realizing you're an employer (would you fire you for your performance?) and letting you know you HAVE to do some things afraid to achieve your goals. Doesn't get any less scary.
So when you see a pack of self help PLR, like the new one I have on sale until Friday here:
http://s3.amazonaws.com/bigplrevent.com/senseofselffe.html
...I want you to think of how you could use it to motivate your list. if they succeed with your motivation and product recommendations and strategies, then they'll follow you and recommend you to others. If you let them down and act spammy and ONLY promote to them, you'll be abandoned.
Never use PLR to just fill a content gap. Use it strategically. You might take one section of one of the 4 reports in my pack and copy a snippet from it that serves as a lesson to your group. Then add your own story to the lesson and it becomes personalized - a deeper connection to your people.
I'm going to take one section of one of my PLR reports in that bundle and tweak it to show you what I mean below. This is a topic that's affected me and I know it affects ,any of you, too.
Another great self help pack that launched today is Aurelius Tjin's Born to Succeed pack. I've done the biz in a box implementation from some of Aurelius's other packs with y'all, so you know how to implement his packs. Check his out here:

A Self-Created Image Can Destroy You or Lift You Up
We all live with a self-created image (good or bad) that has guided us through at least part of our lives. Maybe your self-image has caused you to do things – or not do things - that have held you back from success, or helped you succeed in certain areas. You may be constantly haunted by what-could-have-been if you'd had a different mindset about yourself. Your self-image isn’t created overnight. It happens over the span of your entire life and is cemented by the decisions you make about changes – good or bad. You'll either be proven right or wrong.
Those decisions that turn out bad can add to your self-image and prevent you from making other decisions that could change your life for the better. The world is very complex and to make good decisions, you have to work on developing confidence to move ahead and create a healthy self-image. Sometimes you’ll feel good about yourself and other times you’ll wonder if you’re making the right decisions.
I've had to struggle with self image in many different ways. There were times I thought of myself as "just" a ghostwriter. Noncompetitive. That held me back for a few years and when I finally (terrified, mind you), got the courage to unchain myself from that image, my business took off and my earnings soared.
For many years as a child I felt hideously ugly. I had thick glasses and buck teeth. My hair just wouldn't do anything. To this day, those experiences of being ridiculed by kids haunt me. I've learned to have moments where I look in the mirror and realize I'm not that girl anymore (I'm worse - very fat - LOL), but basically, I'm able to sometimes do a video on days when I feel okay with myself. Other days, I go to the grocery store and can't make eye contact with anyone.
I could have stayed stuck in the fear of doing videos, but I don't. I do it in spite of my self image to be honest. Sometimes you have to say, "Oh, so what?" So I'm fat. So I have a wonky tooth that isn't perfectly straight. I'm not on here as a beauty pageant contestant - I'm here to help you with marketing strategies online. THAT I can do.
A positive mindset can help you recreate your life and help you get what you want and deserve. Think hard about your current situation and what you would like to – and need to – change to create the life you want. For example, what makes you happy or sad? Do you feel fit and healthy and are the relationships in your life toxic or healthy?
I know for me personally, I want to feel stronger physically. I feel powerful emotionally when my body's in shape. When it's not, I feel weak and like a failure. That's why I did that Healthy Wage bet. It's helped me lose 22 pounds. I'll be 100 pounds lighter by this summer. I bet $1,000 on it.
Take a careful inventory and know what needs to change, visualize your ideal life. When creating the vision, what circumstances and people would you leave behind? Which ones would be new entries into your life – such as exercising and exploring a new career path?
I realized that in order for me to truly be happy, I had to forgive and embrace my ex. We'd be sharing my daughter's life. I didn't want animosity in that situation - situations that will be some of the happiest in my life, like when she has kids of her own. I had to envision what it would be like to actually be on good terms. Once I did that, visualized it, I felt eager to test it out. And it worked!
I've done the opposite, too. I've banned people from my life and made my life better by ridding myself of their toxic invasion in my world. I feel lighter, stronger and more powerful. I protected myself.
These thinking exercises will help you create a new self-image based on what is good in your life and what should be discarded. You’ll begin to create visual goals for yourself. It’s helpful to create a vision board based on those images you want to keep in your life or to explore for your future life.
I have a "Say yes to new adventures" printout hanging over my desk that lists the trips I'll be taking in this coming year. Before, my self image was "I'm a hermit who doesn't go anywhere or do anything - I don't like being around people." I changed it because I tested it out in my head. I saw what it would look like and feel like to take my kids to Disney World - to take my Mom there, to take a road trip with my daughter to Austin for a concert, and to fly to New York this summer - it's scary, but I recreated my self image. Now? I'm a traveler who does fun stuff. First class, too. I worked SO hard for that and I'm going to live. it. up.
It’s important that you create short AND long-term goals for yourself. It’s impossible to foster change in your life if you don’t have clear-set goals. Check off the goals as you reach them and periodically reassess what you need next in order to keep changing your life for the better. My goals right now are weight loss, home renovation and travel.
I have 3 workers in here right now renovating my kids' rooms. I'm 22 pounds lighter. I leave in 5 days for Disney World.
I never could have done this if I hadn't realized I had caged myself with my own self image and given myself the knowledge and key to escape.
JVZoo Member Update:
I can't record anything right now. It's too loud with all the workers. But I'll try to record it later tonight after they leave. Stay tuned! Hoping to wrap it all up before I leave.
Tiff ;)
