Mentor Series Q&A, This Will Keep You on the Right Track!

Published: Mon, 10/01/18

It's Monday and I'm sleepy. But I'm also excited, so I'll easily be able to stay awake. I start my new Healthy Wage challenge on Wednesday so I need to make plans for that. Have a feeling the Food and Wine festival (I don't drink but ... food!) will make me gain a few pounds while I'm there but I know I'll be able to get back on track. Just this little progress has made a difference in how I feel and it's only been 22 pounds lost.

This Will Keep You on the Right Track!

In the past months, I've told y'all about a guy who creates these incredible checklists that come with PLR rights (which go above and beyond in teaching, not just some random list). Well this one is SO needed for anyone who either self publishes digital products like eBooks OR who is pursuing self publishing on sites like Kindle.

This is the 10th volume of checklists by Kevin Fahey was partnered with expert John Mulry (a bestselling author), and this one is about self publishing.

Look at what all is included:

1. Book Planning Checklist
2. Book Writing Checklist
3. Book Cover Checklist
4. Book Publishing Checklist
5. Book Marketing Checklist
6. Createspace Upload Checklist
7. Lulu Upload Checklist
8. Nook Upload Checklist
9. Kindle Upload Checklist
10. Amazon Advertising Checklist
11. Book Online Advertising Checklist
12. Giveaway Model Book Funnel Checklist
13. Free + Shipping Model Book Funnel Checklist

15. Local Book Launch Checklist
16. Online Launch Checklist

There's also some video training!

Remember, (some of you may have taken my bonus for a previous checklist) - what I like to do is choose the PDF version and print them out, 3 hole punch them and stick them in my binder. They're AMAZING. But since they come with PLR rights, this is a fantastic way to get your own course up and running.

There are SO many little tasks you forget (I know I still do) when you don't have a checklist, BUT - one thing I love about Kevin's is that he knows stuff I don't or haven't thought of, so I always learn something when I use his checklists for any project.

Mentor Series Q&A

So many of you have similar questions, so over the past couple of days I've created lessons that will apply to many of you. Continuing on with that, here is another common issue y'all are emailing me about - along with my response on how to address this:

Finding time to work and take care of personal life matters OR work another job while you build an online business:

Someone phrased this perfectly: "I would be very interested in how you manage home, biz and family, personal needs. I struggle to stay focused when there are so many demands on my time and attention.
Can you give me any scheduling or productivity tips you use to keep all the plates spinning and yet build your online biz?" And others are already working another job and need to figure out to grow a new career online.

So here's my response:
