It's election day! To me, it's like my Superbowl or World Series. I have so much fun getting ready and watching it all unfold. LOL I'm a dork. My kids love to check on me and see how I'm holding up.

Just Because You Can Doesn't Mean You Should
There's a tool that's being sold right now that I contemplated promoting because of the cool graphics capability it offers. But I didn't because of one feature. It allows people the possibility to enter any URL and it will create an eBook for you......from that site owner's content.
Yikes.
Of course everyone will say that the end user is the one responsible for ethically using it - like to type in their own URL and compile all of their blog posts into an eBook, and that'd be fine. But the truth is, it doesn't say your URL, it says ANY, and that's where I bailed on the idea of being an affiliate.
Just because a tool is created (or a strategy) that teaches or allows you to do something, it doesn't mean it's ethical for you to do it. What's worse is, the tool allows you to put your name on that newly created info product.
So if you spent your hard earned money outsourcing to a ghostwriter for original content for your site, or you spent hours crafting content of your own for your blog, this tool would allow me to type in your URL and grab it alllll for myself, slap my name on it and sell it to my audience.
This isn't to slam anyone or anything. I just know many people assume that because someone created something, it must be legit. Especially if it's a hot seller.
I wanted to let any of you know who bought something like this know that you still have an ethical obligation to use it properly.
Okay y'all have a great day today! I hope I do. LOL
Tiff ;)
