Building a Business on WordPress, Cool Piggy Makes Bank November
Published: Thu, 11/01/18
My week of fiction writing is almost done. Only today and two more days left and I hoped to have a finished book to clean up and publish. I know I won't, but I'll be closer than before! This is a lucrative business branch online and you don't even have to be great at fiction to profit from it - there's an audience for everyone.
Building a Business on WordPress
Okay how many of you use a blog (WordPress) for your business (or want to)?I see all the hands are raised, except maybe one or two.
Well that's because blogging is the primary home for MOST online marketers in any niche.
When you blog, there are so many steps to take - whether it's the initial setup or on going growth of your blog. I'll admit sometimes I forget something and have to go back later when I realize I goofed.
Kevin Fahey just released something I plan on getting a LOT of use out of personally, but the great thing is that he's including PLR rights AND video training with the series - and it's all about building a business on WordPress!
You can find it on sale here:

There are 18 step-by-step checklists (and one thing I love about Kevin's checklists is that you learn so much you may not have known). They include:
1. Things to know before making a website on WordPress
2. Install WordPress From The Start
3. Installing and Configuring A Theme
4. Installing & Configuring WordPress Plugins
5. Styling WordPress
6. Widgets & Menus
7. Tracking & Analysts
8. Create Your First Blog Post
9. Creating & WordPress Page & Setting Up The Home Page
10. WordPress SEO
11. WordPress Comments
12. Getting Traffic To Your WordPress Blog
13. Guest Posting
14. WordPress Security & WordPress Backup & Restore
15. Sending Emails Via Wordpress
16. Integrating Social Media & WordPress
17. WordPress Final Checks
18. Making Money From Your WordPress Blog
I LOVE these topics. It's like a soup to nuts itemization on how to make your blog a success.
Tip: What I like to do with Kevin's checklists is print them out and three-hole punch them and put them in a binder. I refer back to them whenever I do the task in the checklist topic to make sure I don't forget anything. Even when you already know how to do something, you sometimes miss a step - and this prevents that.
