Sale Series Day 3, CB Course Review & Why, Make Life Better

Published: Tue, 01/15/19

I'm getting my hair cut today. That's one thing video marketing does for me - forces me to take a look and see when I need some spiffing up. The only bad things is, I love the shampoo part so much, I've actually drifted off to sleep while getting it done before. How embarrassing! LOL. Hoping I stay awake this time around. I can't help it, though - this place massages your scalp for awhile during the shampoo and it's so relaxing.

Okay here's what I have for you today:

#1 - Sale Series Day 3

Today's bundle that I put on sale for you is a 30-pack of articles called The Rule Breaker's Guide to Entrepreneurial Success. The bundle is broken up into articles on the 6 pillars of entrepreneurial success, which are Mindset, Learning, Planning, Networking, Completion, and Positioning.

It's a pack that normally sells for $30, but until tomorrow at 11 AM EST, it's just $7 for you here:

#2 - Back in Time - a CB Course Review & Why

It's soooo weird to write this. Okay so many of you will know the industry has been fluctuating lately - with people moving around their payment processors and platforms for a variety of reasons (either forced to or opting to).

What's strange ism many people have gone BACK to ClickBank because they scrutinize products more carefully, minimizing risk. It's been awhile since I listed on ClickBank or promoted heavily on there. I do still get checks (well, direct deposits) here and there - primarily from non IM niche stuff I have out there, but I'll be using them more for the sole fact that affiliates and customers are more protected.

So I was investigating a course called ClickBank University (CBU) when someone IN our industry, John Thornhill, announced HE was coming out with a course just for us. Now the CBU  course has a variety of elements - a 12 week vendor course and an 8-week affiliate course. There are other things in there it looks like - including a forum for camaraderie and questions, etc.

The difference between their course and John's it looks like is that theirs covers vendor AND affiliate marketing, but I opted to investigate John's course - called CB Superstar - instead, only because I know him.

Plus, I know about affiliate marketing and how to create my link there so it's not something I needed. Also, John's is a cheap (under $20) one time payment and the other is a recurring "university"-type payment that costs almost double that.

So let me tell you what I discovered - first of all, it's "over the shoulder," which I like because you watch him do it and you can do it right along with him:

Module 1: He tells you why he uses it how to set up an account there. Video 1 is under 13 minutes and video 2 is just under 8 minutes.
Module 2: He goes over your account settings for vendors in just under 6 minutes and in video 2, he covers your main account settings.
Module 3: A set of 3 videos for vendors wanting to list a product on ClickBank - he goes over required badges, disclaimers and thank you pages (CB is persnickety about this stuff so it's good to have specifics).
Module 4: He covers adding the product to CB, adding a buy link and making your test purchase.
Module 5: He goes over the approval process and also the script process for video sales copy, if you use it.
Module 6: This is where he teaches us about the funnel creation process and testing process on ClickBank
Module 7: Last, but not least, he teaches us the JV page process

There's a nice checklist to print out to help you after you go through the program. John put a great vendor course together. So if you want to use a platform that doesn't rely on (yet still accepts) PayPal and other forms of payment, and keeps everyone involved protected, this will be a good course to have under your belt going forward. Very thorough and step-by-step.

#3 - What Can You Do to Make Life Better?

Sometimes you're overwhelmed. Everything seems to be going wrong or so stressful. So you wish "life" would just get better.

That's a tall order!

I have a solution - make a few smaller things better so you can lighten your stress load. Let me tell you how:
