#2 - I want to share something that makes me happier in life

The other day when I asked y'all to send in emails if you wanted a chance to win a breakthrough with my mentor, I got so many heartfelt responses. I printed them out (had to go buy tons more printer paper) because I want to address the issues one by one.

One thing I saw there, and I see on my Facebook is that people are stressed, often sad or unhappy. I've been there. I still have moments like those at times. But there's something you can implement that just lifts you up - especially in such a heated, stress-filled era like we have now.

It's a simple concept and requires no money - or, you can spend a bit if you want. It's called kindness. I like the random acts type myself. Sometimes I'll be eating at a restaurant and see someone who just looks sad and I'll secretly buy their meal. Other times I'll pay for the person behind me in line at a store or fast food place. One time Scarlett - out of the blue - asked, when we pulled up to the store, if we could get a card and flowers and leave it on someone's car windshield.

So we did. Here's a picture of her quickly putting it on someone's car:

After we placed a nice bouquet there with a card that she'd signed that said she just hoped the person was happy and having a lovely day - we drove to the other side of the lot and waited and watched. An elderly woman came to her car, got in and noticed the items and got back out, and she read the card and held the flowers and cried. I have no idea what her story is or how it impacted her. But I hope those were happy tears.

This kind of thing can make my spirits soar - no matter who's being cruel to me, or what financial stress I was under at the time, or how sick I feel in a moment. Even if it's something that costs nothing, and just helps someone - it's beneficial to ME as a human to experience kindness to others.

I love that Tracy Roberts' latest PLR challenge is called A Crash Course in Kindness. This is something that would really be great for all niches - like a Kindness Break where once a week you tell your people what you did (you could even connect it to your niche if you wanted).

For example, let's say you're in the pet niche. You could use their challenge to report acts of kindness or mindset shifts when it comes to pets and pet owners. Maybe you report back to your list that you volunteered to walk someone who is mobility limited's dog or you gave dog food to a homeless person with a pet by their side. Maybe you sign up to offer your time socializing dogs that come into the shelter so they can be adopted, or you take and share pictures of them on social media.

Or what if you're in the anti aging niche? There are things you can do to help others with beauty, mental acuity, socialization, and more. There are tons of ways to tie kindness lessons into your niche!

Tracy's pack will help - and it includes 30 Articles, 30 Emails, eBook Compilation, 30 Social Media Posts, their “How to Run an Email Challenge” Guide, 6000+ word eBook and corresponding Workbook.

This kind of lesson and course can really stabilize your mood and help you recenter for what life's all about. It's not about the rat race and the political divide and the snarky or inconsiderate people you have to be around. Life is about happiness - or it SHOULD be.

#3 - Stop Trying to Ignore Video – It’s Coming for Ya! (Blog post)

There's a really good benefit for scaredy cats and perfectionists to consider when it comes to live streaming video - it makes it even BETTER than pre-recorded video.

But video in general is something you really need to kick your butt into doing, and here's why:
