Here's the Course We're Implementing, Stop Asking for a Nanny! Plus TREND Alert

Published: Mon, 02/25/19

Well our tickets to next Sunday's concert were changed to digital tickets but I'm being told they won't show up in my account until 24-48 hours before, when we're already in Houston. I hate this. Makes me so uneasy. I'm old school - I want tickets in hand. Especially when traveling. But I suppose it's the "way" to do things now - electronically.

Bonus Implementation Chosen

Okay so yesterday I added a bonus to those of you who grab David Perdew's MyNAMS membership through my link for the one time payment option.

The bonus is that I'm going to fully implement one of his courses inside the membership in a private bonus area for you. I have chosen then Blogging Like a Pro course, and here's what it'll cover:
  1. Why blogging is completely different today and how to be a successful blogger.
  2. Who your ideal readers are and how to find them.
  3. How to create content your ideal readers will love.
  4. Which tools and techniques are right for maximum sharing.
  5. Which business model works best for you and how to monetize your blog using it.
  6. Why consistency is the key to profitability.
  7. How to get started today with everything you’ve learned.
This will be a great course to go through because I can add my own insight for you and tips as well, so you'll benefit from both of our expertise.

Here's where to grab it - and send me your receipt so that I can confirm it. We'll start the implementation on the 15th of March.

TREND Alert

I saw an interesting article that should help many of you in the health niche with a neat slant. It's called the Rise of the Superfit 60-Somethings.

Basically, there are more sports and training programs being targeted just for 60 and over. And this demographic often has money to spend for their well-being.

Read it here, and think of some ways you could slant your site for this:

For example, get an available domain like CrossfitForSeniors.com (yes it's available) and build a site just for that age bracket.

Want to go one level deeper in drilling down? Grab CrossfitForSeniorMen.com (available) and target an age and gender.

CardioForSeniors.com - available
HomeGymsForSeniors.com  - available (perfect for an affiliate site selling dumbbells, treadmills, etc.)
BrazilianJuJitsuForSeniors.com - available
PhysicalFitnessForSeniors.com - available
WeightLiftingForSeniors.com - available
MobilityTrainingForSeniors.com - available

You can use the same content - PLR and everything - that you would for other fitness sites, but just tweak the information for that age group and/or gender.

Stop Asking for a Nanny!

I was reading a forum somewhere and people kept complaining about needing someone to guide them away from the hype and wrong information online. To me, the worst possible thing you could do is ask for a nanny in this business. The ONLY one who can guide you away from what you don't need is you.

You should only use people's opinions to see what's out there, and then make your own decision about what reeks of scam to you - or what looks perfectly legit.

Even if you're a newbie, your job is to learn how to shop smart (Is it 100% blind copy? Is it dripping with too good to be true claims? Did you look up the marketer's names and see what public opinion says about them?).

There are many business models I find scummy who are embraced by many people - even good people. But my opinion differs. And there's lots of stuff I love that others don't.

There have been some times when I bought a course and maybe only ended up liking 1-2 things about it. I don't huff and puff and demand a refund. I just say, "Okay this person has a decent reputation, they write good sales copy, but their info product fell short." Or maybe I say, "It was cheap enough that I'm happy with the little nugget I was able to pick up."

It's especially dangerous for you to be posting in a forum with every random person worldwide, asking for advice like this. Everyone will have a different opinion. Become a savvy shopper and start analyzing your purchases for effectiveness.

Effectiveness means you implement the lessons soup to nuts - in full. Don't sit there saying you did a course if you didn't. The people putting out these courses generally know what they're talking about (or what works for them). Now if you encounter anything that violates your ethics or puts your business in danger, then obviously don't do that part. But do everything else - even if you're feeling tired - so tired - and don't think you want to fool with anything else.

Don't be afraid to utilize a course and then take the lesson and put your own spin on it. I've done that with many courses. I do it their way and then say, "Hmm, I like the concept overall, but I like to do it this way instead."

That's what helps you set your business apart and makes it more enjoyable for you.

I hope this helps!
