I Made My First MOMU Affiliate Sale!

Published: Mon, 06/01/09

Hi !

On May 26th I decided to start promoting Magic of Making Up as an
affiliate. I was going to commit to it long term. I made my first
sale today - for a $26.30 commission via ClickBank. Less than 1 week
later. Want to see what I did so far?

I made a 3 Squidoo lenses, submitted 3 articles to Ezine Articles,
and made 1 WetPaint page. As I created these items, I Tweeted about
them. I'm so excited because this was minimal stuff to do over the
course of a week and it's paying off.

The great thing about it was that Travis provided PLR to me as an
affiliate. I simply rewrote it quickly. On the lenses, I made the
introduction unique, but I used my own PLR pack on saving
relationships from PLR Mini Mart for the other two articles.

I bartered my writing services for a custom blog by Lewis at
YourNicheBlog.com. It's not even ready yet - so imagine how I'll be
doing once a blog gets up and running!

I've detailed everything on my blog if you want to see a
step-by-step of how I'm doing it:

http://www.tiffanydow.com/blog - just go back to May 26th and read
on from there. I'm very excited. I've made affiliate sales before,
but it was generally either scattered niche markets or emails to my
lists that made me money.

With this niche, I plan to be in it for a long time - including the
creation of four of my own info products. I've already grabbed the
four specific domains. And I am also paying professional graphic
designers for quality graphics, and I'll provide email
autoresponders, PLR content and more. I've learned a lot about how
to do an affiliate program from what Travis provides.

You may be wondering why all the fuss for one piddly sale. Well,
it's because it worked! The pages I created are all done - they'll
be working for me forever. And I know that the more pages I do, the
more sales I'll get. And something got that one girl to buy it, so
I'm creating the right kind of content.

It's exciting. And I want to share my methods with you - especially
those who say they haven't made a penny online yet.

Tiff ;)
