How Do You Manage Lists?
Published: Sat, 09/19/09
Well I'm stumped about something. Maybe you are too. Maybe some of
you have insight the rest of us wish we had. So I thought I'd put
this dilemma out there to my list and see what all we can brainstorm
about this situation.
A guy emailed me saying he'll be launching lots of new products and
he wanted to know how to best manage his lists. Create a new one for
each product? I see issues with this, even though it's how I've always
done it myself - primarily, the fact that you then have to manage
each of those lists and if you have hundreds of products, you're
looking at a ton of follow up management.
It's easy to blast to a list and exclude one (like in the case where
you wanted to promote product XYZ to everyone but the list who had
already bought XYZ).
How do you manage your lists?
I mapped mine out here so you can see it:

Let's see if we can figure out a good formula for this issue. I
already asked in the Warrior Forum but this time I didn't get the
solution I was hoping to find.
Tiff ;)
