Why Is My Site Not Converting?

Hi !

I got a great email yesterday asking me for help and I created a
FREE video tutorial on YouTube that I hope you can learn from as
well. The site owner had all the right components:

1.) Expertise and knowledge to share
2.) A finished eBook product for an evergreen niche with traffic
3.) A squeeze page to build a list
4.) A sales page to sell the product
5.) A blog to generate some good SEO and traffic

But it wasn't working. First of all, big pat on the back to this
subscriber for letting me share their personal obstacle as a lesson
for everyone else. I got permission to do this because it's something
I hear all the time. It takes courage to ask for a critique and
even more to allow it to be public.
