Tiffany Dow’s Big Time FAIL

Hi !

I just finished reviewing my own product. I chose Social Networking
on Squidoo because it gets more refunds than my others, CB says my
refund rate is 4.35%, and I barely get any, on my other eBooks, so
I wondered why.

I literally paid (through an affiliate's link) for the eBook and
went through the whole process.

Guess what I just discovered?

I FAILED miserably at teaching my customers Squidoo and if I were a
normal customer, I'd refund it in a second. The only reason I'm not
is that I would feel bad for the affiliate who made a sale.

I can't even recommend that you buy my own eBook! WOW!

After all of my 82 pages of "instructions," I'm sitting here with
an empty lens. I have a few modules in there but I ended the eBook
without a single stitch of instruction on how to ACTUALLY build
this lens.

I got tons of theoretical insight and personal opinions and
options, but nowhere did I give hardcore instructions on what to do
now, next, and from that point on.

I am so disturbed by this.

As I just stated on my blog, a single paragraph of my free 52 on
Squidoo guide had more value than the entire Social Networking on
Squidoo eBook.

That's just SAD. And I apologize to everyone who's bought Social
Networking on Squidoo and been disappointed. My existing customers
will, of course, get free upgrades to the new product as soon as
it's done which will be SOON.

At least now I know. I didn't keep blinders on and keep selling
without caring. I wanted to know the truth, so I could REPAIR what
was wrong.

So I'm starting from scratch. Now that I know what I did wrong - I
can fix it and keep my customers happy. And the great thing is, I
invited my customers to openly tell me what they thought, and they
did - so the new product will be outstanding.

If you realize that some people aren't happy - find out WHY. If
they don't tell you, go through it yourself with an unbiased eye.
