New PLR eBook and Google Plus Tutorial

Also, someone mentioned being lost on G+ (or Google Plus). I did a
little under 15 minute tutorial on it to show you around. I love
it. There's no text translation with this but at least the videos
are commercial-less!

Oh, and now that we've narrowed down the video issue as NOT being
an out of country thing, let's see if it's a browser issue. If you
can NOT see the video, let me know which browser you're watching.
Someone else said they couldn't see it in FireFox but COULD in
other browsers. I use Chrome so I'm okay there.
