Couponing
This phenomenon is getting lots of news stories written about it.
Probably stemming from that Extreme Couponing TV show. There are
seminars popping up in almost every major city for Super coupon
shoppers. It's perfect timing for the holidays when money is
focused on basic needs and gift shopping.
