Affiliate Push Etiquette and Graphics Feedback

It's such a beautiful day here in Texas that I think I'll
grill out for dinner - veggie dogs on the grill make it taste real.
I'm on a ghostwriting frenzy still, but I wanted to cover a few
things with you today:
1. Affiliate Push Etiquette
A simple difference of opinion about something has me wanting to
see what others think. No big deal if you disagree with me, but
there's some lessons in this for all of us as marketers when we
